First time at Panera, and it was a mixed bag.
Ordering was easy with the self-serve kiosks (perfect if you already know what you want and don’t feel like talking to anyone), but I needed help so I went to the counter. The staff was genuinely friendly and patient, and they got my order right.
I had the creamy tomato soup with a sandwich, and made some hot tea to go with it—food was honestly really good and hit the spot.
That said… the dining area was rough. Tables weren’t being wiped down, and finding a clean place to sit felt nearly impossible. Great food and great people, but the cleanliness needs serious attention.

Used to love & come to Panera (‘nera) almost everyday, but that changes today! Officially my last time eating here! I just can’t continue to spend money on a cafe that has changed SO much for the worse. The food is not good anymore! The tables are always sticky and dirty. They changed the recipes for their pastries and now they are terrible. All of the food I have tried is terrible. The stores are always under staffed so you have to wait 15-20 min even for a simple order.

I’ve never seen a restaurant as dirty and concerning as this Panera. I’ve never in my life reported a place to their corporate HQ but took the time to do so after a recent stop here due to truly concerning healthy and safety violations. The soda machine tray and tray nozzle are covered in mold, the lid and sugar tray is covered grim, bathrooms unattended in disarray, etc.

Good location. Convenient to other stores and restaurants like Best Buy and sport stores. The bagels are fresh. They also have self service kiosks so you don’t have to wait in line.
It’ll take probably 15 minutes to get your food after you order it.

Panera is Panera but… this one isn’t good. The restaurant and bathrooms are filthy. There are so many people on laptops – taking up large tables – that people wanting to eat aren’t able to sit down. Do not recommend stopping here!

Delivered through the website to my work. Salad flavor was good, forgot to put an allergen warning on for tree nuts. Cross contamination occurred and sent me straight to the ER for ingesting walnuts in my salad that was supposed to have almonds. Lessened learned the hard way I guess? Sad to have a $1k Panera bill coming in the mail soon

I want to start of by saying I wanted to give this location more than 3 stars. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great. It was chill and relaxing. The food could’ve been better. We order two buffalo chicken sandwiches which barley had any meat on them as well as sauce. It was definitely not like advertised. But hey the cookies are delicious though. They also had great tasting lemonades and teas.

This Panera is solid, quick, and stays really busy. I really love the 2 for $10 deal (half servings). My go to is the chipotle chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread.
I also really enjoy the southwest salad, I just wish they gave you more sauce as mine barely had any (see pics). In addition, the free bread that they give you as a side, was just thrown in the paper bag. I would love for it to be wrapped. On another note, please add more than 4 hot tea options. 3 of them contain caffeine which I don’t consume.

We love Panera. Their soups, macaroni and cheese, and sandwiches are delicious. My whole family loves broccoli and cheese soup and we all eat it every time together.
They are pretty busy when we go but ordering via the kiosk/ipad things on the side are super quick and our food was ready within 5 minutes of us arriving.
Always tasty and amazing. We love this place.
