I want to start of by saying I wanted to give this location more than 3 stars. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great. It was chill and relaxing. The food could’ve been better. We order two buffalo chicken sandwiches which barley had any meat on them as well as sauce. It was definitely not like advertised. But hey the cookies are delicious though. They also had great tasting lemonades and teas.

Great roasted turkey BLT. Very messy sandwich but worth it, HA. The only thing I didn’t like was their rapid pickup option. I’d gotten an email that my food was ready. My order and name was also on the screen in the restaurant when I came in, and it also said my food was ready. However, my order was most def not ready nor on the shelf to pick up. I then stood there another ten minutes before it was. If this kind of thing could be resolved, then I’d have no complaints!

Horrible customer service! I just picked up a $100.00 order and was very disappointed. The pastry ring was put in the bag on its side and messed up; they did give me a new one. I have several bags to take into a meeting and I asked for a large plastic bag that they have given me in the past to make it easier to carry. I was informed that since my order was a rapid pick up I couldn’t have one. They just lost a lot of business from me over a 2 dollar bag. I usually pick up or order about 300 dollars a week.

We ordered our food and took the pager to an outside table. We chose Panera as we were on a tight schedule. 20 minutes later I went inside. They were asking for another name whose food was ready and they couldn’t find. When I went up to find out why it was taking so long, it was my order which was sitting up there cold. The pager never went off and they were looking for the wrong name. The receipt had the correct name. They never offered to get hot soup. We didn’t have time to wait to have things fixed but it would have been nice if they had offered. The flavor was good.

I just had a cup of coffee and I normally prefer it hot not luke warm, especially when it costs $2.83 for a small cup. I also like some half and half but since they didn’t have any I settled for 2%, the few drops they had left. There were dirty tables and the exit door looked like a kid with something on their hands had wiped them on the glass. Maybe it was because it was after lunch and they were short staffed. On a positive note, the cute young lady that took my order was very nice.

Panera bread is a confusing place. For a parbaked bakery, meaning all their bread comes on a truck, partially baked and they just finish it off and call it fresh, their selection mid day is always poor. Since everything is already partially baked, wine, not throw some items in after lunch to make sure there is selections for the remaining of the day. Their service was lacking today as the employees preferred to stand behind the counter, talking rather than asking the line of customers for their orders.

Went here recently with My whole extended family I had a lot of questions about allergy concerns and had an employee named Avery Wilson help me, needless to say he made sure everything came out fine and was so polite and extremely helpful working with a smile on his face, we had a small little convo on the side ( thanking him for his work ) and we somehow ended up talking about music where he then recommended me my now favorite song ( the resistance by drake ) left happy and have been a repeat customer since!

Panera is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve had so many different items but they have the best soups and mac n cheese, hands down! I also recommend the madagascar vanilla cream cold brew- so smooth and easy to drink. If you want something a little more refreshing then go for the blood orange lemonade.

Love the bagels, bread bowls soup, especially broccoli cheddar, and nearly every sandwich. This is a destination we try to hit every week or two. Love it!
