Have always like this place to eat a little brunch. It’s very tasteful and fresh. Service is speedy and the self serve style of this franchise has always intrigued me.
The food is flavorful. The pizza we got was very subtle and not too salty or greasy. The coffee I got was a very good roast and after a bit of mixing it finally tasted good with the caramel syrup I ordered.
The prices are a bit up there though, very similar to Starbucks but without the customizations. Staff are always sweet

The new Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack is absolutely amazing! It’s not overwhelmingly spicy—the heat mainly comes from the salsa verde spread, which I got on the side, and let me tell you, it’s delicious. I also tried all the sauces separately, and my favorites were the salsa verde and garlic aioli.
For dessert, I went with the chocolate croissant, and wow, what a treat! It’s definitely worth trying—especially at just 390 calories!

Paneras used to have a large white mug for their caramel latte they would cover it in whipped cream, and when you got to the bottom of the mug, you would see tons of caramel Don’t expect it anymore.
Not only is that a thing of the past, but the upkeep is gone. See the attached photos of the duct taped seats.also, the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced, and the restroom has broken tile, etc..
Please make upgrades. Bring back the large lattes.
The prices went up, and the sizes went down. We want to keep you around Panera but with your prices, you could do better.

Did not have a great experience. Paid $45 for 3 people to eat. Received a Caesar salad with barley and dressing on it. Chicken noodle soup was a bowl of chicken and noodles. There was no broth in the bowl. Took order back up to counter to ask for broth and asked if this is how their chicken noodle normally looks. She said no it does not and they have to go to the back to get more. So they sold the soup knowing it was not correct because they did not want to go to the back to get more to refill. Laziness at it’s finest.

They were out of almost everything but the staff were friendly and the food i did get was good I wanting the creamy chicken soup or something and then didn’t have it but I got the chicken noodle instead and it was very good. They don’t really sweeten their tea but they have liquid sugar right there so you can make it sweeter

Customer service here is hit or miss — some visits are great, while others are less attentive. That said, orders are usually ready when promised, which helps keep things moving.
The store and restrooms are clean, and while the parking lot is shared with other businesses and can be difficult at times, there’s usually plenty of parking available.
Overall, it’s a clean and generally reliable location, with some inconsistency in service keeping it from a higher rating.

I liked Panera. Always have. Yummy goodness in the shape of cranberry muffins, cinnamon buns and lemon drop cookies! Also terrific was the soup and salad. Lots of crusty bread with the food and so cheesy mac and cheese.
I love the cold teas that they have. The prickly pear fresca was fabulous! I need that by the bottle!
