Delicious bread bowl. I placed my order online, online said they were out of the Mexican street corn chowder so I selected broccoli cheddar. However, when I got to the restaurant I asked and thankfully they still had some Mexican street corn chowder so I was able to swap. Great customer service! Definitely recommend.

Bought a half dozen bagels today and the lady brought me my bag, and said oh are bagels came out smaller than they should be so we are giving your a dozen. I thought cool, and said thank you. Come to find out the bagels were not just smaller they weren’t cooked. Gummy on the inside.

So, I’ve been here a few times now. Out of those times, my order has either been incorrect, had something missing or undercooked. Today I ordered a tuna duet and ended up getting an undercooked grilled cheese and 1/4 cup of tomato soup without the topping that should come with the soup. There seems to be some communication issues when ordering through the drive thru and food prep is below expectations.

The food is fantastic.But the portions are light. They offer a variety of drinks, but none of them are Cokeacola and a barely steight up tea, lots of foofoo if that’s your drink.

Called in my order ahead of time pulled up to drive through and was out less than 2 minutes so I’d say that’s good service. It was 630 in morning so drive through was empty. But sandwiches were great.

My Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich was to die for. Love the Chicken Thai Bread Bowl Soup so yummy! The fuji apple chicken salad so tasty. Ordered plenty and yes had the Green Hibisus Tea to go with it. Hubby loved was I paired everything with. Wasn’t too high in price. A great serving size.Tables were well bused/clean. Not too crowd. Staff were polite,calm and well mannered. Ate our meal in peace and was very happy. Coming back for great service and food.

Pros – I like that there’s a drive through. Once I ordered in the app and it was ready right away at the drive through, I was impressed. Service seems to be good, everyone I talked to was nice and the place was clean when I dined in.
Cons – they always seem to be out of whatever I want to eat, especially bakery items, and portions have SHRUNK. For $13, I expected a big bowl of rice and chicken and it was half as much as I expected! Panera as a company has really gone downhill and it shows – there’s hardly anyone in the dining room when I go.

Great service and a great meal tonight at one of the cleanest Panera Bread locations in the greater Knoxville area of Oak Ridge, TN!! My wife had the broccoli bread bowl with an apple, and I tried the new pepperoni flatbread pizza… it was good! In fact, I’d order it again!!
