Ordered online since the weather is fine outside, no indication online or via Apple Maps, etc, that the place was closed again. When I got there, there were 3 other cars outside and a sign on the door that said they were closed Saturday for weather. 3 other cars pulled up while I was trying to figure out what was going on and how to cancel my order. They took my money but I seem to not be able to cancel my order that literally

This is the slowest place ever. The service personnel is not the issue. The way they have just 1 person to take orders is obnoxious. Even if you go through the kiosk to order you still need to stand in line to get a cup, for just coffee. Hard to do a quick stop for coffee when it takes 10 minutes to get a cup. Do better please.

First off. I would say 5 star to the other manager (she worked great with her team you could tell) and employees before a car ran into the building. Was never disappointed awesome people great consistency with product. Hopefully they didn’t lose their job due to the car crash If so that’s sad they should have been paid until the store re opened. Ordered the French dip today it was good! But it was rang In wrong so had to wait longer they fixed it thank you. But the energy is bad needs old management back Cashier was rude to my mom last week and if you’re like me and her the wild rice soup all the time you know how it should look and taste. It was watery and hardly any rice or anything in it. Food has declined already. Sadly my food has been bad the past 2 visits for the first time ever. Will not return

No greeting. Dirty dinning area. Had to grab disinfectant wipes and clean our table that was filthy. Never provided cup for self service prepaid drink. Unpleasant dining experience! Food was average for the price!

I don’t even know where to begin. My boss allowed us to use his card to order catering from here and the order and service we received this time was terrible. We have ordered from this location NUMEROUS times and have always had wonderful experiences, but this time makes us not want to order here again. I will preface this by saying that I have met two of the catering people before Akyra (I apologize if I spelt that wrong) and Briana and they were both wonderful! So sweet and professional and ON TIME!!! This new girl, Alyssa, IS HORRIBLE. She was so late, our order was all wrong, and I’m not sure what her game was but WE DON’T CARE THAT YOU ARE PREGNANT!!! Telling us that 5+ times is not an excuse, nor is it going to get you a bigger tip. Sorry, not sorry. Make sure to call and see who will be in charge of catering on the day of your order because if that girl makes my food again I will be furious.

Panera Bread is excellent every time especially Erin is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and goes over and above to make sure that you have a great experience every time you are here. My wife and I love the bagels, she loves the mocha frozen drink with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and I love the iced coffee especially as there are free refills…..who does that? nobody that I know…. thanks Erin you are awesome

Terrible! Filthy place with rude service. Wait for order once placed was very long and when I asked about it I got a rude answer. No clean tables in dining area. Bathroom was dirty. Dirty dishes stacked up and trash cans overflowing. Overall absolutely the most disappointing experience that I ever had at a Panera.

Went in for lunch today and several of the things we wanted they were out of and we couldn’t get. I settled on a smoked ham & gouda melt sandwich which was large but not really anything special. The dijon or horseradish sauce was very overpowering. The french baguette was crunchy and soft. They do bread very well. I did have a phenomenal bowl of french onion soup. Flavorful with gooey cheese and crunchy croutons that absorbed the soup and became soft. An onion explosion when you eat one. I love their french onion soup and it’s constantly delicious. A regular size drink was $3.09 which is ridiculous for a regular size cup of Mountain Dew. There’s good and bad here so you have to determine if it’s for you. It’s expensive and they are always out of stuff. I do however crave french onion soup and there’s is top notch. Next time I’m just getting soup and bread. If that’s what you want I reccomend a visit otherwise maybe try someplace else. This location needs to stop running out of stuff so the whole menu is available.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting the new general manager. She’s not a very pleasant person at all. The way she talks to her staff and customers is disgusting. I did see the screen I did see there was quite a few orders so I get being stress or something but that’s no reason to be nasty to people.

The dining room was a little dirty. There wasn’t anyone working The counter when we arrived. We ordered through the kiosks at the entrance and just hoped it worked. I like a little personal touch when I go out to eat. We found a table, wiped it down and sat down. In a few mins. They called our name. Food was good, I still think they are overpriced for 2 sandwiches and soup.
