It’s all about consistency. This establishment is very consistent with food and freshness quality. It’s like any other Panera, but it also offers an outdoor covered patio. We are here in a regular basis because it’s close to all the shopping and close to home.

⭐☆☆☆☆ | $24.47 Terrible tasting, Filthy Uncomfortable Experience

I came into the Panera on Paul Huff Parkway in Cleveland, TN around 8:10 PM just wanting 20 minutes to relax with my sister and son after a rainy day at the library. Instead, I walked into cigarette smoke in the entry, severely filthy tables, and an uncomfortable vibe from the staff.

When my sister ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a tea, and I came up to pay and add my own order (a cinnamon roll, orange scone, and Madagascar vanilla latte), the cashier acted like my sister might’ve taken something. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I paid, was not given a receipt, and all we wanted to do was sit quietly.

But the tea station was empty, and my sister had to ask twice just to get some water. The employee was too busy flirting with a coworker to care, and eventually handed her half a cup of barely warm water with no real help finding tea.

Meanwhile, my coffee was forgotten until I asked — and when I finally got it, it tasted like straight syrup and warm coffee, no cream, and definitely not what I ordered. The desserts were just as bad — and just trash.

We were polite. We weren’t asking for much. Just over 20 peaceful minutes and what we paid for. Instead, it felt like the employees were the main characters and customers were just background noise.

$24.47 for this? Never again.

Super negative stars.

I order a small size coffee, got charged for a Medium. The hazelnut was out, had to wait for a new batch that tasted burned. The only table available with an electric outlet had a bench seat that sinks in when you seat, not comfortable at all. The overall condition looks run down and old. But quiet and airy so I did stayed for a while.

I have never went to this chain before. I went with a friend. I ordered the chiplote chicken avo melt 1/2 sandwich. That was about $8. My friend ordered the half strawberry poppy seed chicken salad and a strawberry basil lemonade fresca drink. They ended up charging her for the whole salad. This was at 230 pm. Most of the tables and benches were dirty with crumbs. The sandwich came in a reasonable time. I wasn’t impressed with what I recieved for $8. The sandwich was small. However, it was pretty good. This was kind of expensive in my opinion, and my friends order was wrong.

My experience with Panera is limited to one visit in Branson, which was fantastic. My group wanted to stop, so we did. In the end, though, you serve sandwiches, and that shouldn’t be a 5-star thing.

I tried your new sandwich, and it was lacking product. The garlic aioli was not visible, and the meat barely covered the bread. I wanted a bread bowl soup, but at 1 PM on a Friday, they were out for the day. Really? They told me I should arrive at 11 AM because they always run out. Here’s an idea, cook more daily and satisfy the customers after lunch and maybe dinner too.

The group all asked me to stop for a snack an hour after leaving because they were hungry. Considering your prices, you need to do better than being cheap in assembling your food.

The in-house hot chocolate was delicious. The app made it very easy to order ahead and pick it up.

Panera has officially lost it. The pictures don’t even do it justice to how pathetic this sandwich is. A single, small piece of mozzarella taking up less that 50% of the bread and the smallest tomato slices you could possibly find. I have had better sandwiches from a vending machine.

We stop by this Panera whenever we are in Cleveland. This will be our last time visiting this location. The restaurant was not very clean. My food was ready before my latte. I placed a to-go order and the cashier put in the wrong sandwich. When I had realized that the wrong sandwich was put in, I told the cashier. He told me that I had ordered the wrong sandwich and went to get the manager. The manager took about 5-10 minutes to come to the register. He let me know that there was a price difference between the sandwiches but he was going to make it for me for no charge. When my to go order was ready it was the wrong sandwich.

This is one of favorite places to eat!
The staff is friendly, the orders are filled accurately, the food is great and the atmosphere is relaxing.
With the sip club and taking advantage of their gift card sales- we eat here very reasonably.

Stopped here for lunch on our way back home. Typical Panera experience. Good food good service. On the expensive side for a fast food place. Nice place to sit and talk over a meal. Also, outdoor seating setup looked really nice. Was too cold the day we were there, but on a warmer day would have tried it.
