Favorite spot to hide from the world and be FAT & … That cherry ring thing is my favorite. The regular cherry pastry is a second best. Their coffee is off the hook good. The herbal teas are refreshing and delicious !

I’ve been here several times over the years. My most recent visit was using Rapid Pick Up using the Panera app.
My food was ready right on time. The order honored all my customizations. All fresh ingredients were used.
The restaurant seating area itself seemed like a typical established Panera. It was clean with adequate seating.

I had food delivered from this Panera and I could not believe that baguette I got smaller than my hand and hard as a rock! Is this how Panera is doing baguettes now? Also, please look at the bread on my sandwich. It is never looked like this and this is not the bread I typically get with this. Hard as a rock as well so sad and avocado was all brown.

They never ever get bulk orders right. Either missing items or sending incorrect items. The baffling part is they literally put check marks on the receipt next to the items like it’s correct. No one is checking these orders. It took for it to happen 3 times in a row for me to even write this review

Husband went here yesterday to grab a pick 2. Not only did they made his sandwhich wrong twice but they were rude about it. Does this look like a caprese sandwhich no it doesn’t. Learn to do your jobs, its not that hard to follow the ingredient instructions that are listed on the menu….tomatoes also seemed like they were 2 days old and not fresh cut

This place was very clean and methodical , the ordering process was simple and easy using the kiosk, the food perperation and delivery was smooth. The quality of food was very good. The ambience was great.

Selective Service, go to another Panera Store. I got a half Italian sandwich and it was too salty so I went back the next day to exchange it for another sandwich (I even brought back the physical sandwich so it’s clear that I really bought a sandwich). I explained the situation, and the cashier say exchanging it wouldn’t be a problem. When she then spoke to the manager, Chris, about it, Chris looked to see who was asking to swap out a sandwich, saw it was me, then said they wouldn’t exchange the sandwich unless I had a receipt. Who holds on to quick service restaurant receipts? I don’t; if I get a receipt at all. I had the physical sandwich, in the Panera Bread bag with me…but you need a receipt? I believe if I had been someone else, I would have been able to exchange my sandwich.

In the last dozen or so times I’ve gone, they’ve not gotten the order 100% right once. Either an item is missing, or an ingredient on the sandwich is missing. And I don’t mean an add on item is missing, I mean a normal base ingredient is missing. Once I ordered a steak and egg sandwich, they forgot the egg. Today I ordered a med. veggie, they forgot the hummus.
If they get your order right here, consider yourself an outlying statistic.

Panera is usually good. This location in particular has sometimes forgotten an item of food or the sandwiches aren’t that well put together but overall, 4/5.
