I waited an extra 15 minutes from when my order was supposed to be ready and then had to rush away for a meeting without getting my food. The place was slammed, so I appreciate that they immediately tried to help refund me, and after I left, they still put the refund through. So… it was great refund service?

Just about EVERY time I get something here they keep bumping my name further down the line after I’ve ordered. People will come in 10 minutes after me and get their food way before me. What’s the deal? They need more organization so that their patrons don’t have to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. Very clean space, plenty of seating, easy dedicated parking. One star off because their craft beverages were either low or out and were not replaced while I was there. And my sandwich was kind of sloppily made. It was tipping over and the ingredients were not all in the bread so it made it a bit hard to eat.

Today was NOT a good day for me! I first sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes getting my order item by item. ♀️ I ordered the Chipotle Chicken breakfast sandwich with no avocado, add spinach and I got no spinach and had smushed avocado. I didn’t realize it until I had already bitten into the sandwich and was about to take another bite. I’m allergic to avocado. Well I’ve been sick all day…from both ends.

I just want to show my displeasure with this place because every time I come here for 2 or 3 weeks or so, bread is always missing. I love broccoli cheddar soup, and with it the bread, it’s been exhausting every time not having the accompanying bread, since the name of the place is Panera BREAD, it’s like going to a pizzeria and there’s no pizza. I would like to say the staff are great, the place is clean and a great atmosphere. I just want to let you know that I think this is not difficult to fix. Whenever this happens it is around 5PM until 7PM. Thanks.

The drive through service was slow Sunday. So, I went back tonight to give them a second chance. Not only were they slower this time, the extra dressing I requested was handed to me in an employee’s glove. This location on 21st Ave. S. once was the best around Nashville. They have gone down hill over the last year. I will no longer go here, but will go to the location closer to my apartment that doesn’t have a drive through. Quality is more important than the convenience of a drive through.
