I’m sad that I came here and got my pick 2 meal with a green goddess salad and a broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was great and so was my bread, but I couldn’t enjoy my salad like I wished because it had no dressing and I do want to add that the red onions looked old and pale. I wish I realized the mistake before I arrived at work.

Worse sandwich I’ve ever had. Bread had to have been 2 weeks old. Could not even bite into it. My dog even spot it out. Last time I ever order from there. The lettuce was brown and gross. They should close it down. Will call health department tomorrow.

I typically go to the Panera on Old Fort because it’s closer, but yesterday I went to this one. The food was about the same, and cleanliness was the same, but customer service was far better than the Old Fort Panera. Wendell came around what seemed like every 30 minutes to ask each customer how they were doing, if they needed anything, or could he help them in any way. He greeted every customer that came in and sat down. He offered and picked up customer’s dishes from tables and took them where they belonged. He was a truly kind person and a breath of fresh air. Even though it’s slightly farther away, I’ll come back to this one every time!

I was hesitant to come because of the reviews, but I had a good experience. My sandwich was good, chocolate croissant filled with an appropriate amount (usually places under-fill them and it just tastes like bread). No they did not forget anything. The girl serving me was very friendly and service was fast. If you come at rush hour when there’s 15 customers, only 2 employees and everyone is trying to order all at once, then of course there’s gonna be a wait. I came at 10 AM, 1 person in front of me, and I got out in less than 5 minutes. It’s just like any other place.

Every time I order from here, the order is wrong or made wrong. I ordered three soufflés This morning and they had no egg in them. I worked at Panera for six years and was a manager so I know how things are supposed to be made and the quality control is terrible at this location

Usually have good service. I picked up a soda from the drive-thru but realized after I had pulled away in my car, that the soda I ordered tasted watery and didn’t have the right amount of syrup. Due to the heavy traffic and me trying to continue my job of delivering for Uber Eats, I wasn’t able to return for awhile to get a new drink made.
