As of recent of going multiple tries of this location we have noticed that everytime we order and get bagels it is never proofed. They are flat and disappointing. Being the only brand that carrys bagels nowadays especially in Tennessee we will never return to this location. Hopefully someday someone will open a better bakery and bagel shop.

Wow was just told when ordering that the dining room closes an hour early so they can leave when the place closes. Nothing posted anywhere stating that dining area closes at a different time than the restaurant. Not as if we came in at 855 either, 815 leaves plenty of time to be properly served. I have worked in the food industry before so I get it when people come in close to closing time but come on. If that’s your policy, post it. Even better we can’t sit and eat but no one is cleaning the place either. Trash on the floor with no one there. Worst experience I’ve had at a Panera. And the flat bread I ordered was cold when I was given to me with our order.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at a particular Panera Bread location recently. Firstly, the pizzas I ordered were burned, which was disappointing. The second dish I received, the chicken test, was also not up to the expected standard of cleanliness. Additionally, the process of obtaining a refund was time-consuming, as I had to wait for approximately 30 minutes. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this particular location to anyone based on my experience.

So they give you a number to place at your table once you place your order & someone bring you your food. We like this new Panera Bread, the dinning area is so nice plus you can order from your table instead of waiting in line. They still have the Kiosk to order from also. Our food was hot, fresh & on time. So a big thank you to the cooks. Please continue to work as a team & be respectful to your customer. They have this dessert called a Cherry Brittany, OMG! This dessert just melts in your mouth.
