Just ordered the brand new toasted baguette sandwiches. I ordered all three and they were the worst sandwiches I’ve ever got at any restaurant. They literally had nothing in them. Visited Panera at Glenbrook Hendersonville Thursday and had to share the great service we were given by cashier Jennifer not only did she take our order but had a suggestion on the menu. So we ordered that and it was very good. Jennifer took the time to come check with us if her suggestion was ok and if our food was as expected. Jennifer made this visit a good one with her genuine kindness and caring

Ordered a drive thru pickup this morning. When I got home with my order they had given me pecan braids instead of almond pastries. Tried to call a few times but no one picks up the phone there. Store was not busy at all when I got my order at 6:20am so I would think they are ignoring any phone calls. I did notice when looking at the ticket on the bag it says “modified”. I can only assume that is why I have pecan braids instead. I would think if they don’t have anything they would let me choose an alternative instead of putting whatever they want in there. I checked my email and text and no mention of order change. Girl at window didn’t mention any change to order either.

don’t even waste your time coming to this location, they do not read what is on/taken off your item of food, 3 times in one trip they could not get my sandwich right, save yourself the money and go somewhere else, they don’t hire people who can follow simple directions

They have to have a better system when you order online for drive thru pick up. The spots are located right before the line so you’re either waiting in line just to bypass the window and pull up to that spot or you’re having to circle the building if there’s another car there. It isn’t enough space to go around the line if there is already a car there. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead
