Just ordered the brand new toasted baguette sandwiches. I ordered all three and they were the worst sandwiches I’ve ever got at any restaurant. They literally had nothing in them. Always a great break at Panera Bread. Consistent and fast. Love their broccoli cheddar soup and sandwiches. Bacon turkey bravo sandwich is always a goto for me. This location is very clean with nice staff. Typically quiet with plenty of seating, both inside and out.

I had a horrible experience at Panera in Hendersonville, TN last night. While I completely understand that going in at Panera at 8:50 is very close to closing time. I was told that they were closed and the food was put up. I shared that it was 8:50, and they were still serving people in the drive through. I asked, do you close at 8:30 or 9:00 because the sign says 9:00 on the door? I was told, “Well it takes a lot of time to clean up so we are closed.” Another family came in and I asked the Panera worker, “Are you going to tell them that you’re closed?” That family was allowed to order on the iPad kiosk. Although the worker told me, “Well they are just getting drinks” either you should serve everyone or no one. Also, horrible tone is not good customer service.

They are usually good, but they forgot my big chocolate cookie. Went through driveway, when we got home there was no cookie, expensive cookie. I guess the lady got upset cause we said she gave us wrong drink.
