I ordered online and an order that should’ve taken maybe 7 minutes took like 17 minutes. I get places are under staffed but that is a tad bit ridiculous if you ask me. Also!!!!!!! It gets worse… I ordered a breakfast item that was originally a sandwich but asked for it to be in a bowl and leave off the bread since I’m Keto. This is what they gave me. Absolutely disgusting! The chicken was thrown into the bowl and the cheese and avocado was all melted together waded up in this gooey mess. Like, really?! This took 17 minutes?

I went today for the first time, I ate the pizza with my friend, the best pizza in the region, the dough was delicious. And I found the girl who was cleaning the tables very nice and polite. Love this place….clean excellent service….good location, large parking lot. You can eat inside or out as well. Very well managed. Their soups awesome…my personal fav Broccoli cheddar soup, and Avocado melt chicken sandwich. The English tea and their kettle cooked chips……muah. Sorry half way remembered to take the pics….lol. Try it once and you’ll go back again and again and again.

I was there this morning arrived at 8:06 placed a quick order for a green passion smoothie I waited for almost 15-20 minutes just for a smoothie I needed up cancelling my order because I had to get to work they take to long to get orders out mine was simple just a small smoothie. This Panera is bad service super slow and even when we order lunch for the office it can take over an hrs for a few soups to be ready very disappointing

I keep wanting to love Panera but every time I go it’s always the same “meh” experience in that the food is merely okay at best, lacks flavor as it’s under seasoned (which I guess is better than it tasting like a salt lick), the portion sizes are on the smaller size for some rather high prices, and the restaurant frankly doesn’t ever feel clean, especially the floors in the dining area which always seems to have lots of food crumbs and straw wrappers, and sticky spots on the tables.

Don’t eat here… Don’t get me wrong, I love panera, but the panera here gave me the smallest amount of max and cheese (a literal spoonful), I had to walk through a sticky floor and now my shoes are all sticky ( nobody was cleaning it), the tables were all dirty and we had no idea where to sit, and they gave us DIRTY silverware…
