This is one of my favorite places to dine for many reasons, but I’ll focus on the top three. The staff is always extremely attentive and the food is really delicious. They also routinely add new menu items to keep it fresh and include innovative flavor profiles. I frequent both locations as a Sip Club member.

We go about 2-3 times a week because their Greek goddess salad and veggie soup is the best! We typically enjoy the food for lunch, though the salad portions are never the same, and I looked at photos through the reviews and see it’s not us who have gotten more over flowing the bowls one day, but the next time hardly anything in there. We pay anywhere from 40-60$ depending if I have my daughter or friend with us that day.. and I will say over the time going the manger Rachel has become more aggressive towards customers and her employees.
She yells at the top of her lungs where I was sitting by the front door and could hear her voice yelling at my mother from the food /drink machine area.
Rachel does NOT deserve to be a manger and she really brings that place down.
We go there because usually it’s near where we go shopping after,also we really love the open window area and get to watch the planes go by, and the salads,soups and sandwiches are really good.
But Rachel really needs to seek psychological help, because I have never ever in my 30 years of living, ever seen a Manager of all things, treat their customers let alone their employees poorly in front of their customers.
Not sure if she’s having a bad life at home and dragging it to work, but I feel most of the other workers are pretty nice and things a great that day when Rachel is not around or out of sight.
The reason I am attaching this about her is because my mom in the past had started about how the salads started becoming inconsistent and we have many photos along with the ones in the reviews from other people, that must days we were getting to the top of the bowls or over flowing the bowls of salad, but the day my mom stated that we got hardly any lettuce at all, we understand the tops are whatever because those cost most, but to pay 40-60$ for lunch and hardly receive any lettuce at all is really upsetting knowing lettuce is the cheapest thing you could add more too. So Rachael than began screaming at my mother how the workers are only supposed to give a cup of salad and a few toppings etc but the way we both know how most of the time the workers are inconsistent and so the majority of the times we were coming we were getting decent amount that felt that 40-60$ was fine for lunch, too that day where we hardly had anything in the bowls was ridiculous.
We are not the only customers who have issues with Rachel, and her employees cower to get when she steps in the kitchen and we have over heard them speaking about trying to avoid her or not feeling they made mistakes because they are deathly afraid of her.
Sadly she does Not need to be working in a environment she can not handle correctly, let alone around people.

Second visit EVER to Panera. This experience was great! The food was good, service was excellent and the restaurant was clean (including the restrooms). We ordered a sesame bagel, a chocolate chip bagel, a cinnamon crunch bagel and a Spinach, cheese and bacon souffle. Everything was amazing! The honey walnut cream cheese set the bagels off! I would definitely return to this location.

Food was alright. This location uses order kiosks for you to place your order. Just another restaurant doing away with the personal touch of interacting with it’s customers. It’s a shame so many are going to this. Other than that, it was ok.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Panera Bread was extremely disappointing. I was given the wrong order, and when I politely asked for either the order to be corrected or my money to be refunded, my request was completely refused.

What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated. I was insulted in front of my kid and asked to leave the place in a very disrespectful manner. This had a serious emotional impact on my son and left him in a very bad state.

I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and have never experienced anything like this before. Sadly, this only happened due to the unprofessional behavior of the current manager.

Customer service was nonexistent, and there was no respect or appreciation for loyal customers. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT TIP UNTIL YOU GET YOUR FOOD AND HAVE CHECKED YOUR ORDER

We visit this panera two or three times a month because we have a family “reading brunch” where we get something to eat and then read for a bit. This weeks experience was below par. The food was as expected so no problem there. Broccoli cheddar soup, pick 2 mac and cheese with Italian steak and mozz, and a tomato basil blt. We also ordered a 2 pastries.
I watched what I thought our pastries being plated but since it was left behind the counter I just figured I was wrong. I waited for a while (no, it wasn’t busy- nobody ordering) before I finally walked away to check on our other items. A few minutes later a worker walked up and handede the plate-seems I was right, they just couldn’t be bothered to hand me the plate after putting the pastries on it. So now I’m in line waiting for ourt sandwiches and soup. After 5ish minutes I figure I’ll get our drink cups so my family could at least get their drinks while they wait. I’m told “we don’t give out cups until the whole order is ready”. Why is that? Every other time they give me the cups before the order is done vut now I get an attitude? I take the cups anyway and then go back and get the food which, of course, was missing something. Not the best time we’ve had here.

Edit: we went back and things seem to either be the same or have gotten worse. Not only did they forget our pastries again, they served them with a side of attitude when I went back to get them. DO NOT TIP until you get your food.

Worse experience at a Panera Bread ever. I walked in to pick up a order and it smelled so bad I instantly started to get a headache and had to cover my nose. THREE employees made eye contact with me standing at the register but never said a work. The place was EMPTY. The one girl was just walking around drinking her drink and looking at me. No one offered to help me until said “All three of you have looked at me and no one wants to say a word?” Finally the black girl in plain clothes (I assume a manager) says “I didnt see you” even though we made eye contact and then told someone else to help me. When I started to complain about my total experience she kept repeating “have a good day” in a sarcastic way. I will NEVER be back.

The girl who answers the phone wouldn’t tell me if my pick up order was ready when I asked She said I’m not sure it’ll be on the counter if it is.. You can’t walk over there and look?? I got my 2yr old with me I’m not trying to sit inside and wait. All she had to do was walk 10 feet over and look for me. How lazy can you be????
