The broccoli cheddar soup is so good! I wish it was more consistent though! We’ve had it super thick or super watery.. the staff could be a little nicer as well but other than that we’ve never had any huge issues here besides the occasional order mishap or the consistency of the food.

I still think about the fun and enthusiastic demeanor of the young man who took our order on the evening of 1/10. He made our first time eating here so pleasant and fun, that he made us excited to eat here. Its obvious that he enjoys what he does, I hope his enthusiastic and fun work ethic becomes contagious! Well certainly be back!

I haven’t been to Panera in several years. My wife and I were looking for something different for a modest meal out, and we decided to try Panera’s again. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, comfortable, and not empty nor crowded on a Friday night.
I had no idea what to order, I have never been often, but there were two new specials on the menu. A chicken and pepperoni mozzarella melt sandwich, and an Autumn squash soup. I’ve never had either, and never had squash soup of any kind in my life.
It was absolutely fantastic. I could not stop raving about it to my wife. It was yummy in the way candied yams are, a thick soup, sweet and tasty. The sandwich was huge. I’m a big eater, but I still ended up with two meals out of that one sandwich. And the bread was fantastic, a perfect toasted banquette. I’ll definitely be back soon, if I can get food that tasty and reasonable prices, and quick service. What’s not to like?

I keep trying to give this location the benefit of doubt and I keep regretting it! Every time I order through drive thru or delivery the order is incorrect!! Is it really that difficult?? Everything was checked off on the receipt and yet not in the bag. 1 item missing and 1 incorrect. I won’t be returning.

had a scary experience with a man under the influence of drugs harassing me and my friends. the staff ensured we felt safe as we waited for our food to be finished and offered to have one of the male staff walk us out. he made sure we got to our car safely and they promptly called the police who later escorted the man out!

We went in around 8pm. Sign said they closed at 9pm. We ordered our food, then went ti make our drinks. By 8:30 they are draining all the drinks. We couldnt refill our tea. Our sandwiches were not hot as we requested. Our onion soup was so cold it never melted the cheese. Disappointed. But hey the restaurant was mostly clean.

Well.. I’ve always loved Panera but I think I won’t be going ever again. The service has gotten pretty bad, and after today I’m done. My husband and I ordered two salads. Both had pretty bad lettuce. He drove back to get a fresh one for me, because too much of my salad was old lettuce. He returns home with this new salad with “fresh” lettuce and it’s just as bad. The food isn’t cheap, and I’m extremely upset that we’ve wasted our time, money, and gas for this to happen. You guys really need to do better. This is awful.

Pretty standard Panera Bread experience. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Only complaint was the wait time being a little slower than I’m used to for them not being overly busy. We got the following dishes with ratings:
Broccoli Cheddar Soup Bowl 8/10 (flavor)
Vegetarian Chili Bread Bowl 8/10 (no hot sauce)
Macaroni and Cheese 10/10 (very hot so wait before eating)
Chicken Salad Sandwich 9/10 (very good but could use a little more chicken)

My wife and I have been Panera fans for years. We recently moved back to Enterprise and this was our first visit to the Enterprise location. We were disappointed. The lady at the register had her crabby face on while we placed the order. When I asked, how are you this morning?” I got no response. After handing me my receipt, I did not even receive a thank you.
There was very little chicken in the Greek salad. I had to remake my sandwich because the turkey was placed all on one side. The apples were brown.
I hope this is not indicative of the enterprise Panera restaurant.
