Went this morning as I had an hour to kill before the store opened the lady at the cash register was very sweet no complaints on her, the only one who was hostile was an older white lady with like box dye red hair and glasses . Horrible attitude. Horrible hair color. I got my name called and went to go pick my food up and nothing was ready the guy who was doing my sandwiches was even confused on why she was being rude she said “well she can wait a damn minute” and he said “you told me to call her” and she told him “well I was going to ask if she wanted whipping cream” mind you she wouldn’t ask me directly or even look at me. I was literally standing there I wasn’t asking for my food or acting impatient I had an hour to kill. Other than that the sandwiches were great (they always are) but my coffee was gross and bitter like her.

I go to this Panera frequently and the food and staff are really great here but this time something was off. Like I said staff was great but once I got my food… The spoon they gave me for my soup was absolutely disgusting! It looked like it had never been washed. So I asked for a new spoon and they gave me a clean one. Also I feel the food is a little pricey here but otherwise good!

The last 3 times I have ordered cinnamon crunch bagels, the quality continues to decline. The bagels are flatter and the amount of cinnamon has significantly decreased.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this just got to me I guess. No complaints about customer service they were nice but I did wait for about 10 minutes for my food (which is fine) and I heard the lady when I ordered my food repeat back to me NO avocado. I live about 30 minutes away (so I’m not going back to get a new one) and when I got home to eat my sandwich literally had a huge piece of avocado all over (pictured is what I scraped off so I could eat it) and I checked my receipt to make sure I ordered it without avocado and low and behold I did. This is just super annoying and inconvenient. Also not the first time this has happened, which is probably another reason im leaving a review.

In this month I had to go back to restaurant twice because they forgot something of my order. I payed for them but they didn’t give a refund and the only solution they offer os to drive again. In the second time It was really hard to go back with traffic and having to load my kids in the car and at least I expected a curtesy card or something to make up their mistake and make wroth the gas and effort but nothing. I also had to mention how expensive they are going now with the tiny proportions they are serving. I ordered their most recent cake and this was for 6$+
