We stopped for supper after traveling all day. We ordered through the self ordering. There were some things I had questions about and even an unusual add. I asked the staff and they were all nice, helpful and efficient and were able to get all just the way we wanted. Definitely recommend!

Slow, everything was slow and they weren’t that busy. I don’t normally complain about wait times but this was absurd.
The amount of soup you get for a bowl looked about the same as for a cup. Just didn’t feel like they had a manager on duty watching and making sure things ran smoothly.

Went in with my girlfriend and found hair in my soup, food not fully prepared and expired. This is what I would expect from a cheap tacobell run not a nearing 50 dollar dining experience. The only good part was the people. The standards on the food have slipped majorly though.

I’ve never had Panera before & after today I won’t again. I ordered online which was easy & convenient. I ordered delivery for myself & my friend at work. Food arrived super fast; I got pasta, she got a sandwich. It was $25 after delivery & tip. Hers was very good, she couldn’t eat it all and shared with me. Good thing she did. I ordered the cheese tortellini pasta for $8 (& change). The bowl it came in wasn’t even 1/3 full. I would have been embarrassed to serve it to my 11 year old son.(The pics don’t do it justice, it was ridiculous!) Way too much money for a palm-size scoop of noodles that wasn’t even that good. I could have whipped up a much more flavorful AND plentiful dish at home for $8 bucks & next time I will! Definitely not worth my hard earned cash.

Ordered Grill chicken Cesar salad whole no croutons. Got to the hotel 20 min away Had croutons and not one peice of chicken. The absolute last time I will ever tip fast food company. Will not go back.

We stopped to get a bite while traveling and we’re sorely disappointed in this Panera. The floor was sticky. We asked for no dressing on our salad but they put it on there anyway. The place was not clean – wadded up napkins on tables, dishes not picked up, and no toilet paper in the women’s restroom.

This Panera has some of the nicest staff! They are always super sweet and kind. The food is as expected for a healthy-ish American fast-food chain.
Only reason I took off a star is because the drive through takes forever at times. The location has spots in the parking lot for anyone who orders something in the drive through that will take time to prepare. (Also side note: Panera’s drive through is really meant for quick orders and picking up orders! If you need to place an order for a meal, you need to be going inside to order) However, staff does not utilize those parking spots, so even if I ordered ahead or just ordered a bakery item, I need to wait for 10-20 minutes to get it.

I got the Italiano on white bread. It was delicious. I don’t usually eat white bread, but when I called in my order, Ashley was great. I told her that I don’t like hard, crisp, toasted sub buns. She advised me to get this sandwich on soft white bread. It was SO DELICIOUS! Thank you, Ashley

I bought a Caesar salad and paid extra for avocado and chicken. When it was delivered, the chicken was missing, and the avocado was just a very small piece. The staff is apathetic and they don’t provide good service.
