The most friendly and the kindest panera in this area. Staffs are very nice to each other. I could also get extra butter from the self service table which I’ve never seen other paneras (I love butter). Foods are less salty and healthier than other paneras I love it. Thank you. I will definitely come here often.

This is a shout out to the manager Anthony and his staff. I had a issue come up with grub hub and for no reason at all grub hub cancelled my order after already waiting an hour for delivery . I called panera directly to ask them about this issue and I spoke with Anthony and he was so kind and very understanding of the situation, I am recovering from surgery and not able to drive at the moment I explained to him the situation and he offered to fix this issue if I could come by the store. I ended up stopping by on my way home and unfortunately missed Anthony but explained to the staff the situation and they honored the meal. Im so thankful that Anthony and his staff was so kind about everything. They all need a raise!

My wife and I had a great experience at the Panera in Trussville, thanks to an employee named Luca. She was incredibly patient, answered all of our questions, and helped us correct our order without any frustration at all. It’s rare to find customer service this friendly and attentive.
Luca is a major reason we’ll be coming back to this location. Panera is lucky to have someone like her on the team!

The food was good, but the portion size was disappointing — I ordered a bowl and it was closer to a cup at most other restaurants. The dining area is always uncomfortably cold, which makes it hard to relax and enjoy your meal. It’s also difficult to find a clean table, as many are occupied by students who aren’t eating but using the space to study or hang out.

Love the place. Great environment and great location with a bunch of other restaurants around as well as planet fitness. Mainly college student studying or reading in a quite and courteous environment. Staff is great, helpful, smiling all the time. Good is great. Soup and salads are my favorite. Heard that their coffee is super good too. Parking lot available. Outdoor seats are available. Love it. I come from Bessemer to study here.

We visited here on December 29th and 30th and received exceptional service both days. Mya and Audrey were very helpful and professional. The inside and outside were very clean and alluring. The portion sizes were the best we have seen anywhere. We were shown great southern hospitality during both visits. Highly recommend.
