I like coming here for their half and half deals. I typically get their walnut salad sandwich and their broccoli and cheese soup and a chai tea. My son absolutely loves their mac and cheese with bacon and their French dip is really good as well. I can’t comment on their bathrooms as I not been in them. I can state that the service is good, fast and really kind. The restaurant itself is very clean. I’ve also gone through the drive-thru and received wonderful customer service as well. Although their pricing is kind of high, the quality of the food is really good and the portion size is as well.

Ciappada was delicious with the steak and onions and peppers. However, the food was nowhere near enough for a sandwich. The taste was delicious. Yeah, atmosphere was dark and dated. The choice of cookies, muffins, pastries, and so on was very good.

Ordered 2 bagels cream cheese. At 10:30. It’s now 10:45. The girl at counter. Soo slow keeps taking orders and not making bagels. Really ridiculous. Had to get a manager to ask her to help us. 10:50 received food disappointed the bagels were more like rolls. And then the manager said to me I gave you the cream cheese for free..bc she forgot to charge. You think after the 20 min wait . Also wasn’t busy.

wiped nose with their glove hand. I then asked to speak to the manager on shift, it was the person that wiped their nose on their glove. I then tried to explain the situation and then said how it was pointless to tell her because she was the one that did it. But all of the sudden the general manager walks out of the back, and I asked to speak with her, and when I tell her what happened, she basically calls me a liar and the whole entire staff turns on me and saying I’m being aggressive when I’m just not really getting any help.
I will return, but I do not like how this visit went, and I will be contacting corporate and the health department

I have been to this location several times and the most recent time will probably be my last. I do know what the problem is at this location. I have been to other locations and do not have a problem. This location gives you mostly bread instead of a sandwich. For the money you are paying it’s not worth it. If I wanted some slices of good bread I can go to publix. So not happy with this location. From the pics you can see what actually had chicken salad on it

Went to Panera to order some soups for my family as we have all had a stomach bug the last 24 hours. I ordered 3 soups in the drive thru & was never told they are out of bread upon ordering. Waited 14 minutes for soups & then get told after I have my food & paid that there is no bread. The whole point of getting soup was for the bread especially after being sick. No apology, no compensation, just a “nope no bread tonight, drive thru should have told you”. Also, ordered my food at 6:30pm & they don’t close until 10pm. $26 for soups & no bread & crappy customer service!

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a brioche bun and when I Received it it looked like a pancake, and when I opened it up, it had One thin strip of bacon Folded in half and no cheese. I could’ve gotten better at McDonald’s.

Terrible service. The. Clerks and workers are young and can’t speak. They were out of decaf coffee at 930 am. Asked for fresh and they couldn’t even articulate that they’d make fresh and scared if it is t decaf as I’ll end up in the hospital

Booked a conference room for the first time and at the Jensen Beach Panera. It was an amazing experience. The staff was great; helpful and courteous. The room has a thermostat separate from the rest of the restaurant, which was a plus! We will definitely plan to be back

i don’t know if it’s because i didn’t tip the $2 that they probably felt entitled to, even though i’m driving 20 minutes from my job to come get the food, the staff just being incompetent, or the quality of the food just not being what it used to, because my sandwich came dry with none of my sauces on the side and no cheese.
When I walked in, no one was at the front and when I went to the back, all of the employees were gathered together, talking, and hesitant to give me my food. I’m not against having a good time with your work friends at your job but at least make sure the order is correct and you’re present and not acting clueless. I’ve never had this issue at the PSL location, they are always attentive and helpful, this location needs to tighten up.
