Food is always ready when I do a mobile order. It’s a smooth process running inside to grab my food and I’m back on the go! I absolutely LOVE the frozen mocha cold brew coffee, it’s delicious every time I get it! Bagels are made as requested and the salad is fresh each time I order. Keep up the good work!

Booked a conference room for the first time and at the Jensen Beach Panera. It was an amazing experience. The staff was great; helpful and courteous. The room has a thermostat separate from the rest of the restaurant, which was a plus! We will definitely plan to be back

I am never one to leave reviews but this was one of the worst paneras i’ve been to. I came here with my friend for lunch, and my food was really cold, i never really complain but i went to the QC to let her know if there was anything that could make it better. she had me standing there for a bit and then made someone else take my food to “throw it back in the oven.” She then called me back and clearly by the picture the bread was fully cooked however, the mac and cheese was still cold. I had asked for the bag of chips back because i did not eat them yet, and was thrown them. I opened the sandwich and then proceeded to find a piece of hair in it. All in all this place has horrible service.

The service was fast, ordered through the self checkout. Got my food quick, it was good, what you would expect from Panera. Only thing I would say is much of the seating area was not clean, with crumbs on the table as well as the seats.

In the 15 years I have been a Panera Bread Customer I have never been treated with so much indifference and Unapologetically. I’m going to make sure they know who I am. Thursday August 11th we ordered 4 meals from my office, two of them where 2 teriyaki chicken bowls. We got to very small portions ( we didn’t ordered pick two ). Of course I called them to let them know about their mistake Wait for 10 min on hold and hung up, emailed them and no answer. ( is not the first time I have the teriyaki bowls and I know how they are supposed to look ) no answer was received. So today Saturday 13th of August we ordered breakfast and of course we brought up the inconvenience we had to the manager on duty and her answer was “That’s the size!” With an attitude. No showing a minimum interest in knowing what was then issue and see the pics. I’m not mad at Panera we love their food and is worth the price to pay but $11.99 for what we got that day is not fair plus the attitude certain employees have. Panera Jensen has lost another customer.

I have been to this location several times and the most recent time will probably be my last. I do know what the problem is at this location. I have been to other locations and do not have a problem. This location gives you mostly bread instead of a sandwich. For the money you are paying it’s not worth it. If I wanted some slices of good bread I can go to publix. So not happy with this location. From the pics you can see what actually had chicken salad on it

Ordered the Steak & White Cheddar sandwich, a croissant, a bowl of chicken noodle soup and 2 medium sodas…$30.00. The sandwich had very little steak or cheese on it and I guess they use pickled red onions (?) but not happy with the sandwich. Restaurant is dirty: tables not wiped, booth seats have food and paper debris, floors need to be swept and mopped. I will not come here again…I’ll drive to Jupiter instead.

After ordering online and being notified my order was ready for pickup I found the pickup shelf was empty. So I asked the employee behind the counter standing in front of several bagged orders. I was instructed to go back to the empty pickup shelf. A couple minutes later she brought the bags and I took my order. I could have lived with the unfriendly service but is this really how you slice bagels?

This review is specifically about the “new” buffalo chicken sandwich. This is an embarrassment for an otherwise good facility. The amount of shredded chicken amounted to 2 ounces for a full sandwich. When I question the manager about the paltry portion for $10+ I was told the standard is 2.5 oz for a full sandwich. I received a refund for this horrible product and will stick to salads in the future.
