This morning I had to edit my rating from 5 stars a year ago to 1 star. I am extremely disappointed in this location. No matter the time, there is always an excessive wait in the drive thru. One day I had to return to work hungry and upset because I had spent the entire time on my 30 min lunch break waiting. I had to drive off without food. I don’t know what it is , management, staffing issues or what the problem is but it is definitely a problem. Before today it was just a service issue. Now it is a service AND quality issue. This is extremely unacceptable to serve to someone and being that I already waited 20 mins in the drive thru to receive this clearly burnt souffle, is even more frustrating. I absolutely will not be returning, after countless times I’ve returned for this establishment to redeem itself I have given up. I’m done. It’s unfortunate because I work in the area and it’s very convenient. It’s not simply an “off” day for the establishment as I’ve stated prior , I work in the area and have arrived randomly and you guys miss the mark continuously. I hope you get it together.

Let me start by saying there are some really great people here. The food is always good. My problem is there is no consistency with the servings. I visit here 2-3 times a week for an early lunch. The regular people in the kitchen know me and my order. However when there are managers in the kitchen and they are stressing over the drive-thru it is always a different portion. I always get the Greek salad extra feta cheese (which I pay for), but it is always different depending on who is in the kitchen. Below are two photos of two different times I’ve received the salad. When I ask about the lack of feta they always say “That is extra feta.” The two photos show it all. Please get some consistency!

This Panera tops the top. Bathrooms disgusting, tables dirty and the crews jist fooling around. The manager, I guess on permanent vacation. I have come many times and this is the last. Nothing has changed. Sad.

Extremely disappointed! My daughter was craving Panera so were attempted to have a lunch date with quality time with food from the Tradition location. From the time we pulled in to the drive-thru line until the time I was handed a “Large” U-Pick 2 meal of Fugi Apple Salad and Mac Bowl was 25 minutes! We were not able to have our lunch at the Square after waiting so long for our food. The service was friendly but extremely slow. The portions were small for the cost of the meal. Very sad.

I ordered a salad via the drive thru. When I got home and could not eat the salad. I was given old lettuce. It was hidden under the chicken. So sad how they can give a customer something like this. Especially the price of the salad. If I lived closer I would definitely went back. I did take photos.

Ordered a Greek salad to go. Got home and there was no dressing. If that’s not on a standard on a checklist when someone gets a salad then there’s no hope for this place. Also called to speak with a manager about it but I was on hold for about five minutes and eventually hung up.
