Salad was refreshing. Nice size enough for 1 person (small). But they should explain it better. It read chicken salad. So chicken should be included. So they added on $2. more. I’m just disappointed with no dressing. Had to ask for it, even though it was not on salad. Dressing was brown, so the bowl had no color, mozzarella, and chicken no color. Also, put at least 3 strawberries, not 1 1/ 2. Please don’t insult. Just put it on or add to the plate. Bread is not necessary. It was a nice .

I normally love Panera. I love being able to sit and do my school work & enjoy a decent meal, however, this location has significantly changed over the years, and not in a good way. The service and the food is now a hit or miss. The drive-thru is now a 10+ minute wait at the speaker and then an additional wait at the window. No sense in ordering ahead sometimes, because by the time you get there, your order isn’t even prepared. The price increase is understandable due to inflation, however, the poor service doesn’t even make you want to spend the money.

Here is a business that used to be great , but has lost its way. My last experience with a manager shows me that they really don’t care about customer service at all. They had one clerk working in the counter at supper time. There was only one woman in front of me who the clerk spent over 10 minutes helping her with her cell phone payment, I moved over to the electronic kiosk and placed my order but it does not take cash. A manager walked by and I asked if she could receive the payment, she didn’t even break stride and told me you have to wait for her. I went back and waited some more
behind the one woman who was getting help with her cell phone and realized how ridiculous this is and just left.
We won’t be going back.

Made an online pick up order. After picking up the food and making it home they missed a large Mac n cheese and a soup. Was told they could re make it for me the next day or get a voucher. Why not a partial refund for the items they failed to put in my bag?? Usually Panera is very good with fulfilling the full order but an obvious lack of attention is apparent here. Then a failure to give a reasonable refund for items THEY missed. Will not be going back to this location.

Went to this location, primetime lunchtime (12:30pm), and they were completely out of autumn squash (most sold seasonal item) horrible business tactic. They really should be up on there job as that’s really. The only one they have is to make sure that you have enough food for lunchtime. Needless to say they lost my business, and I took it to the other location where they were properly prepared.

Let me start by saying there are some really great people here. The food is always good. My problem is there is no consistency with the servings. I visit here 2-3 times a week for an early lunch. The regular people in the kitchen know me and my order. However when there are managers in the kitchen and they are stressing over the drive-thru it is always a different portion. I always get the Greek salad extra feta cheese (which I pay for), but it is always different depending on who is in the kitchen. Below are two photos of two different times I’ve received the salad. When I ask about the lack of feta they always say “That is extra feta.” The two photos show it all. Please get some consistency!

I have had my food delivered twice from this location, and although I am very satisfied with the food and also with the delivery service, Uber Eats, what concerns me, for health and sanitary reasons, is that both times, my drinks were delivered without a proper security tape over the lids and it’s straw opening. My suggestion to Panera Bread, to avoid anything landing inside mine or anybody else’s drinks, is to be more cautious when sending out these foods for service. The same way you secure the bags, you must secure the drinks also! Thank you!

Food is never checked at this location. They never put chipotle sauce on the sandwich that is supposed to come with it. Happened to me the last couple times, was assured a manager would help & quality check today. It was not. It’s a convenient location. But the service & quality is degrading.

The food is always good with fresh ingredients, and the customer service also very good. My only complaint is that there is not enough attention to cleaning off tables if you plan to eat in their dining area. Tables are often grimy, sticky and there are crumbs everywhere, on tables, seats and floor, especially in the booths. The tables aren’t quite as bad.

Friendly service. Their mac n cheese is always really yummy and their bread bowl soups are delicious. My usual favorite is broccoli cheddar but tried their french onion soup today and it was really tasty! Clean facilities, and yummy cookies/pastries as well. I always enjoy their green tea as well.
