I ordered a to-go sandwich from Panera Bread while traveling from Orlando to Miami by train. I hadn’t eaten anything, and when I finally sat down to eat, I opened the sandwich wrapper and found a black hair inside. It was disgusting, unexpected, and completely unacceptable.
I contacted the store, and they refunded my money, which I appreciate, but I also expected some form of additional compensation or at least a sincere apology.
I spoke with the manager, Kaitlyn, and I did not feel comfortable with the way she handled the situation. Her response was that they would only give me a refund and nothing else, which I feel is insufficient given the seriousness of the issue. I was left without food, wasted time, and had a very unpleasant experience.
I believe Panera Bread should hold higher standards for both food hygiene and customer service. When those standards are not met, the company should take full responsibility and respond with more than just a refund. This is not only about money, but also about the trust and the customer experience that was damaged.

Sigh. I’ve had numerous issues with this location for orders being correct. I just did a pick up order and my salad was missing chicken (chicken is literally in the name), and the dressing. I called and was told I could get a refund on that salad, but it would have been nice to been offered a refund on the entire order. My suggestion is to check your food before you even leave.

3.5 stars for this Panera Bread. The good: plenty of tables and good assortment of pastries. The bad: We went there for breakfast and none of the items were truly good. The biggest disappointment was the “garden avo toast” (see pictures), which came out bad and even after I asked them to put more avocado (only half the toast had a thin spread) and sauce, it still fell short of what the picture sold us on. Also, most of the tables were not clean and we had to clean them ourselves.

Just wow. Breakfast was delicious! They were out of lettuce at 11am which was sad but their sandwiches and cookies were so good! The employees were also really nice. The cinnamon crunch latte was amazing and I’m not even a fan of that cereal lol. It was all around a great breakfast spot.

Panera Bread in Four Corners is a cozy, clean, and convenient location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their menu has an assortment of salads, soups, bowls, personal pizzas, subs and sandwiches to please most folks.
If you are on a budget, try their Value Duets on the app: either soup and salad or soup and sandwich. Reasonably priced at $7.99. My current favorite is the Greek Salad and Creamy Tomato Soup. It includes either an apple, bag of chips, or slice of bread. But if you love pastries, you are in for a treat: from bear claws, to sink chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin muffins, M&M cookies and more.
Their stuff is young and hardworking. I am most grateful for Dallas and Angelica because they are extremely helpful and friendly Most of the staff is accommodating and eager to please. Kudos to the management that trains them well and motivates them to treat the customers beautifully. I enjoy visiting there when I am in the area to treat myself every now and then.
There is plenty of parking in addition. You also can use the Internet to get some work done with your lunch or dinner. Panera is also kid friendly and there’s plenty on the menu to keep them happy.

Awesome, fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. We went for breakfast as a family of 4 and we all had a freshly made breakfast sandwich each with a fruit smoothie. So good. Great way to start the day and if like me you’re not a fan of sitting in air con ask the time they have plenty of seating in the sunshine outside.

Good experience! I had a stop while travelling to Disney area, Very friendly staff, cleanliness is good, everything was available from the menu. All the drinks are available. food tastes good, quick and also drive thru was open.
