Panera Bread had excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious, and the salad—topped generously with avocado—was fresh and flavorful. Unlike other places, they didn’t skimp on the avocado. The staff at the front were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant was spotless, with constant cleaning and attention to detail. Their wheelchair-accessible entrance and seating were a big plus, and they even moved a chair to ensure I was comfortable. Five stars—thank you for being so thoughtful and consistent!

We get rapid pickup from this location for the RunDisney Race weekends. The orders are always thoughtfully made and attention to detail is evident. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly. They are willing to accommodate requests. The location is a short drive from the Disney parks and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This is one of our favorite Panera locations!

I had to open my Steak and Wake after biting into it to check if it had any meat whatsoever. It was a really disappointing experience to see that the sandwich barely contained any. For a breakfast sandwich of this size, and considering the name of the dish, you would expect a more decent ratio. Coffee was good as usual though.
As far as ambience, the place looks clean and organized and had plenty of tables available. Service wise, the staff was friendly and actually very patient and helpful with a customer that was making specific requests.

I went to Panera Bread to buy a soup, which comes with bread included in the price, and was told they had run out of the bread it normally comes with. Instead of offering any type of replacement bread, the employee told me I would have to pay extra just to get a piece of bread — even though it’s not my fault they were out of the one that’s included.
I asked to speak with the manager, her name is Dolores and she also insisted I should be charged extra. I was honestly shocked. Any restaurant that runs out of an included item should replace it with something comparable at no cost. Instead, they were willing to lose a sale over a slice of bread.
It was extremely disappointing customer service, and I left without buying the soup. I’ve always liked Panera, but this experience really changed how I feel about this location. Definitely needs better management and customer care.

This Panera location has a very good vibe. Friendly staff members, very fresh food, well seasoned and well made, the floors are clean and nothing smells bad. They are inclusive and hire diverse people. I always order “you pick two,” Mediterranean bowl with creamy tomatoe soup, and they never disappoint me.
