Food was good. Service was lacking. Crew seemed distant, not focused. Lack of supervision. Price was a major factor. I purchased 1 whole and 1 half sandwiches. 1 small soup, 1 tea and 1 water. $27.85 please. This place is way over priced.

The breakfast is horrible! They put very little egg and bacon and it’s always undercooked. You’re basically eating bread. They need to retake the pictures of their breakfast sandwiches so it is more accurate. They have good customer service and it’s always looks clean. Some of there other food is good but I would definitely stay away from their breakfast.

I had a terrible experience here. I clearly told the lady to give me a ten vegetable soup and also informed that I have an allergy to meat. She said she will take extra care of that but still instead of the ten vegetable soup, she gave me the chicken tikka masala soup. When I told her, she started giggling and said in an unserious way, “Sorry, I guess somebody must’ve replaced the soups.” I had to take my medication afterwards and still got a mild fever and nausea/rashes due to this situation. The staff is very irresponsible about people’s food intake and I advise you to double check your food when visiting at this location.

I ordered 2 bowls of soup from the pick 2 menu for dine in. I had someone with me and requested that the cashier note to give another piece of french baguette since I obviously was eating 2 soups by myself. She told me it was $2+ extra. They overcharge tremendously to upgrade from cup to a bowl and now this? Terrible customer service. Cheap and Tacky.

I am not sure how the pricing works because the price I saw was $6 snd change for the pick 2. My total was $11.89 ? I did not get a drink .

Seriously, the food is so plastic tasting. It’s clearly just frozen processed food that rewarmed. The presentation is horrible, leaking everywhere, barely any meat, just soggy nasty buns. Thanks for letting me take a bite of food and looking thru the rest of the order only to throw it in the trash. There is no way people actually eat here?!
