The lady at the counter was friendly and nice. The lettuce quality made me want to throw up and question if I was going to end up sick from eating bad/brown lettuce. Once I noticed it in my salad, I thought maybe it was a random brown piece of lettuce because I’ve bought bagged lettuce and seen one piece with some brown rusty color but then I started to pick out more and more and ultimately gave up and decided not to eat it. Probably not going to come back after this.

I just ordered a you pick two with a Roasted turkey Avocado b l t and a broccoli cheddar soup. There was no avocado on my Sandwich Which is my favorite part but my soup was good. Unfortunately It was to go and I hadn’t opened it till I was far down the road so I wasn’t able to go back, but this customer service was excellent Just would prefer my roasted Turkey with avocado. Multiple times I have ordered on the app to pick up my lunch. I would say 70 percent of the time the order is acceptable. Acceptable doesn’t mean its correct. 20 percent of the time I would say it is correct. They usually get it right the second time around, just check your order before you leave it really sucks getting back to your job to open your lunch and it’s the wrong order.

I do want to mention that the place was not very clean and the glass drink dispensers were very dirty, the iced tea actually tasted terrible because the dispenser was so dirty. I never go to Panera but only recently visited as I had a gift card. I was $1 short which I paid using my debit card. The next morning I woke to an alert from my bank about fraudulent activity. This location ran multiple transactions totaling $180. I contacted the manager at this location who did not provide any help let alone an apology. Beware this location! Scam artists selling cafeteria food.
