I was disappointed how they cut and bagged my bakers dozen. Why would the person who bagged my bagels smother my blueberry bagels underneath my cinnamon crunch bagels. The blueberry bagels tasted like cinnamon. And the way some of the bagels were cut, should have never been bagged. I usually never had a problem, but lately some are slacking. Maybe the cutting machine had malfunction, but please don’t bag the bagels that look like what’s in my photo. But I will end this with, the staff are always nice and friendly. And the establishment is always clean.

Place my order in the app says out of ciabatta whatever I can move forward with my order go to pick up my order. It’s five minutes past my order is not done. I hear somebody asking about their ciabatta bread so I ask is there ciabatta bread yes well the app says out of bread if it’s not made yet, can you put My sandwich on ciabatta I sit back down 10 more minutes go by look over my order is on the counter they never called me I ask if this is finished they say yes get home I i’m missing the whole loaf of bread open up my mac & cheese. It is so burnt. So dry so disgusting It was literally scraped off the bottom of the pan. It was discolored and now I have to go to the store the store did not make me feel any better. The manager literally laughing like it’s funny so I wasted my time my gas and now I don’t even wanna eat this. I’m sick to my stomach so really I should’ve just got my money back I will NEVER BE BACK

As a frequent Panera flier I go to many different locations throughout the state all of them have about the same atmosphere some of their signage isn’t very visible but at the end of the day it’s a nice place to go to relax, rejuvenate and replenish your energy! The drinks are plentiful here, the people are cheery, and the atmosphere is homey definitely will be a place I come back to in my hometown time and time again! I hope this review counteracts and reaches those that saw the previous review I gave this location!

I placed my order with the cashier and when I got to the window, I’m waiting and I’m waiting and I’m waiting 15 minutes. Go by my food still not there other food goes up people that came in after me to my surprise. My daughter saw our name on the bag and they packed it to go. I told the gentleman can he please make my order because we did not ask for to go and he said well it’s gonna take a little time 10 minutes later. I’m still waiting for my food my soup that’s all he had to get. I asked him if I can have the soup that was in the bag to get started due to the circumstances he said no, and he proceeded to throw it out. Very, very upset I stood there and said I can’t believe you just did that so I’m still waiting for my food then he gives me my food half empty bowls with very small pieces of bread on there mind you I bought a bowl of soup supposed to have almost a half a loaf of bread I asked him to put more bread on there and he gave me a look very disappointed. This is not the first time. I don’t know if I want to return to this place by the way the soup was cold because he skimmed it off the top I guess just to piss me off. He was very rude and nasty and then there was another worker there that was giving me a star jam. How dare they? I pay good money for this food almost $20 and this is how I get treated I really want to speak to the manager. I think I will proceed tomorrow to speak to the manager. this was on a Sunday like 4 o’clock. It happened yesterday.

Almost $40 worth of food for 2 soups, a grilled cheese, a bagel and 2 drinks. I ordered the grilled cheese, apparently their grill must be broken as the bread was not the slightest bit toasted. The cheese is hard as if my sandwich sat for a half hour when I ordered 15 minutes before arrival, the soup is always consistent, which is expected for something the employees just have to heat up.
I was not greeted as I entered, (to go order) my bag had no utensils, no napkins, no cups, straws etc.
The employees in the back were too busy having a conversation amongst themselves, to even acknowledge there were customers in the restaurant, let alone as anyone if they could be of assistance.
Clearly no one working here, nor management cares about their customers or business.

I ordered breakfast for me and my wife. The lady preparing and serving the breakfast with her nasty attitude had put the wrong order at the delivery counter. Knowing that it was not what I have ordered after waiting for 5 munutes, instead of her checking my name to verify what I have ordered to make sure everything was OK, I was the one who kindly asked her where is my order? She replied with her nasty attitude, if it’s not the one currently in the counter, go ahead and check the shelves on the side while knowing there wasn’t any other orders on the shelves because there wasn’t any other customers waiting to be served. Another lady came, followed the protocol asked me for my name and was able to quickly confirm that the two sandwiches waiting at the counter, one of them was not mine. She finally prepared the 2nd sandwich for my wife and I, myself had to eat a cold sandwich which has been there the first time since the beginning next to the wrong sandwich giving me the impression that was an order for a different customer. If she would have just verified what I ordered since like the other lady did at the end after being standing there the whole time, all of this could have been avoided. We all make mistakes, but a customer service employee with a nasty attitude change the whole perspective and give you the impression that malice was present.

I love that you can get a soup and a half of a sandwich as a meal. I seem to always go for that. It’s great food and the staff work hard to keep the food coming out while not loosing any quality of the meal they serve!!
