I used to like Panera. Last time I ordered from there was o er a year ago due to the decreased portion sizes. I know that food is costly these days and it’s reflected in the increased pricing at restaurants. I expect that.,, but the monetary increase and the decrease in portions is overkill for the consumer. This is the smokehouse chicken barbecue sandwich I ordered today, I only ordered it because a co-worker was placing an order and I forgot my lunch… never again!!

Worst Panera bread I have been too. The employees were great however the food was terrible, soup was clumpy and my sandwich was dry, the bread was hard. For $14 I would’ve expected better food. Very disappointed

Are you hungry? Panera Bread is always a perfect option. Not only does it offer a fantastic menu full of various items to choose from, but it also offers your favorite items. This was our fourth time visiting this location with grandma, and we love it.

I’ve always chosen my favorite: the two-item combo: broccoli cheddar soup and a turkey sandwich. It might sound simple, but it’s beyond amazing. Optional: You can choose a dessert, but it’s not required. One more thing you must try is their mango smoothie—it’s beyond amazing.

If you live in Spring Hill or are just visiting, you must try this restaurant. You’ll love it.

Had a Bengal and their light roast coffee. Both were good, but nothing to write home about. The big issue was the bathroom. Went to the restroom, and there was no lock on the stall door. So when someone tried to go in there, some poor guy was in the middle of taking a dump. Not a great moment in any restaurant visit.

I live here locally and I have been to this location several times in the past two years and I’ve noticed the quality to continue to decline over the last 3 to 4 visits here. My dear friend was visiting me from Michigan and we decided to take Panera bread home for dinner after a day of shopping. We both chose a salad and proceeded to go home to enjoy our meal. We were very surprised when we sat down to eat that the salads and soufflé cups of dressing were only half full. It was barely a side salad at this rate without enough dressing to boot. My friend eats at Panera quite frequently back home in Michigan, and commented that “a half salad usually provides me with two meals at the Panera back home”. We were also completely stunned on the skimpiness with the salad toppings, total night and day difference from the amount and quality, we both have received at other Panera locations. My sister was actually a manager at Panera for several years and remarked on the salads “not even coming close to meeting the Panera standard portion requirements”.
I then decided to check out some of the reviews on Google here and I’m completely stunned!!! Typically with any business the management/somebody, will comment on such negative reviews with an apology, explanation, and or attempt to right the wrong. I find it insane that the management/owner at this particular franchise really doesn’t seem to care about the quality of their food, Customer Service, customer opinions/complaints, much less the star rating for their location. I am a nurse and I work at a local inpatient hospice facility and I know for a fact, on the rare occasion that my manager receives a negative family/patient Google review, all staff are made aware of the complaint and it is a HUGE deal!!!! Completely unbelievable that all of these issues/complaints are not being addressed in some way shape or form! I will definitely be going to a different location next time I decide to have Panera.

TOURIST/LOCALS TRAP!

What a horrible experience!!!

My wife ordered a “Duo” (soup & half sandwich). The picture of the sandwich (on the wall) shows a really nice thick amount of chicken salad in it. We were called and picked up the food. I noticed that we couldn’t even see the chicken salad inside the sandwich, so I opened it and called the manager over. Her name is Kaley. I showed her the sandwich and asked her to look at the picture in her store. My wife’s sandwich literally had no more than a spoonful worth of chicken salad (see pictures), so I asked her if she can do something about it. To my surprise, the manager looked at me like I was crazy and said “OH WELL, THAT’S THE WAY WE MAKE IT”.

Please don’t support businesses like this that use deception to make money of you. I will never go to ANY Panera ever again.

I love this place. It’s like an old style coffee shop atmosphere where folks get a drink and do some work on their laptop. They even have quite a few tables and chairs outside with umbrellas for shade and folks are starting to sit there now that the heat has broken a bit.

Their bagels are the best and I have tried bagels everywhere as I am a bit of a connoisseur of bagels. Their food of sandwiches and soups is also the best. Very tasty.

I love the cold drinks and especially the sweet sour combination of taste. I usually mix several different drinks together so their selection of 6 different items of their own concoction turns out to be at least 12 different flavors.

I ordered a pick up to go order for my family today. I went in the store and noticed the cookies I ordered were not in the bag. I did mention it and the girl was kind and apologized. Once I got home I was mixing my families salads and was not happy that we got two huge chunks lettuce/romain that was not broken up.

First time at this location. I tried the spinach artichoke quiche, it was fresh, moist and rich. The bagels are a bit too light and fluffy for my taste. I prefer a more dense traditional bagel. The cream cheese was wonderful.
I do see reviews complaining about coffee not being ready.
I arrived when location opened. They had no coffee ready Order took around 15 minutes due to the coffee delay. Will definitely return for quiche and tea.

BE AWARE PHOTOS OF PARTIALLY CHEWED FOOD.

We ordered Uber eats. Ordered 4 Bread bowls and a full sandwich. I called the location to ask if they could recall making my sandwich and see if maybe they could recall if they put in a full sandwich.. The Manager Lisa said she couldn’t be sure if they did or did not (and her tone make me believe maybe they knew.) She immediately offered to refund the cost of the full sandwich because we only received 1/2 of the sandwich. End of call one.
From here we sit down to eat and the sandwich literally stinks, like old nasty ham. So I called and attempted to let Lisa know while saying I am asking you to look at the meat. It’s no good and you are going to make people sick. She was like ok ok, I will take care of it (not even close to as nice as she was the first time. ) I am not looking for anything more then to make her aware. I told her to go look at my review and I will post photos. (I will take a photos and update in the morning so you can see it’s wasn’t eaten. It won’t be eaten because the meat is bad.
And let’s not forget that extremely pitiful pickle that looks picked clean and ripped in half.

I will be reaching out to corporate in the morning- you are going to cause someone to become very ill. Based on the reviews this is a habitual situation of serving food that wasn’t edible.

I expected more from the name Panera.

Due to the finding this is a possible franchise I will never eat here again. Additionally I will be reach out to dept and health to file complaints. SHAME ON YOU. THIS IS VERY DISTASTEFUL IN MORE WAYS THEN MY SUPPER.

Updated: 10/20/23 (next day)
As said. Adding photos on the next morning to prove we didn’t eat it.
