First time at this location. I tried the spinach artichoke quiche, it was fresh, moist and rich. The bagels are a bit too light and fluffy for my taste. I prefer a more dense traditional bagel. The cream cheese was wonderful.

Haven’t been to Panera Bread in a long time. I now remember why. Ordered the Duet, 1/2 chicken salad Sandwich & 1/2 strawberry salad ( they were out of mandarins oranges) I said there is a Aldi w/ fresh mandarins oranges next door…buy some…Very Disappointed..$13.85! Very skimpy not much chicken salad & very small salad was 1/2 full & this was the smaller container , I asked to see the regular size container…. 🙁 I guess I won’t be back in long time again!

Ordering pick up here is terrible. The 2 girls that are always working there are awful. My order is never ready when I arrive because they are standing around doing. They don’t ever put the pick up orders where they are designated to go, which defeats the purpose of rapid pick up. They keep the food and drink cups behind the counter, so I have to ask the girl about my pick up order and she rolls her eyes and gives me attitude. The other Panera bread locations I’ve been to put the food in the pick up area and the drinks are self serve, so I don’t know why the workers at this location can’t figure it out. The workers literally act like they hate dealing with customers, zero customer service skills. They don’t greet you when you come in, don’t ask if you need help, not friendly, and have a bad attitude all the time. It sucks, because I liked the sips club membership, but the free drinks aren’t worth the wait time and dealing with rude employees that act like I’m bothering them.

No drive thru! Slow service. Tried conversing w the cashier and she gave me the fake- oh wow, huh! They didn’t even fill the soup bowls 3/4 of the way full. And literally threw our baguettes in the bag, not in wrappers or anything. Bread was also hard as a rock. $20 for 2 soups, I expect at least a full bowl!

Starting with the girl that took our order, barely knew she was alive. Ordered our food and finally got it. Sandwiches with bacon were old, and the little bit of turkey was chewy and tasteless. The soup was good but then again then only had to open a bag. 2- 1/2 & 1/2 meals with drinks was $30.00.

Always a great experience and Manager Lauren always makes the experience pleasant. She works hard and makes sure all her employees are helped when busy. Definitely deserves a raise! I will always come to this location (I came to this location on its first day of opening).

I ordered the French onion soup which was delicious but I also had the steak and white cheddar sandwich for the first time and it was dry and lacked flavor. I will continue to order my usual, avocado chicken sandwich. I always enjoy their lattes and bakery treats.

Ordered new chicken and bacon sandwich last week. Added tomato & lettuce with mayo to my sandwich. All I got was a long hard roll with a couple slices of Bacon and a light sprinkling of chopped chicken. Worst sandwich I ever had. This was a take out order. Pure disappointment when I got it home.

I can’t come here on Sundays anymore because 3 weeks in a row They have no coffee ready, no back ups ready, baked goods are only about half stocked and staff could care less. When you pull 1 pot of coffee you start the next one. It’s a simple process. When I told the manager on Duty on 3/19 at 930 am what happened her only response was …OK…. I know this is a franchise location so either the franchise owner doesn’t know, doesn’t care or both. It’s a shame because Panera bread is really good when done correctly.
