I was very shocked by how downhill paneras have become- took my little brother here and it took them 20 minutes to max JUST a macncheese- forgot the bread that came with it was just a plate with nothing on it. We asked for the bread and the guy ripped off a piece of baguette and handed it to us with his bare hands. No one wanted to help/answer any questions. This was just an extremely disappointing experience all around. Not to mention he was wanting to get a pastry but didn’t because we saw the fruit flies all over the pastries. The tables and booths were so dirty. Just sad. I remember my mom used to bring us here when I was a teen and I am just shocked by how downhill they have gone. Sad, very sad

I recently visited this Panera location and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an asiago cheese bagel on the app for rapid pick up and when I arrived at the location 30 min later, I discovered that they did not have my order. The team lead at the informed me that I had not waited long enough even though the ready time was 20 minutes ago and the app had notified me that it was ready. She then proceeded to take other customers orders. 5 minutes later she notified another employee who asked me if I ordered at the correct location and I said yes. She then proceeded to prepare my bagel. I was very frustrated by the whole situation and no apologies were offered. I am very hesitant about using the app again after this experience

Just got this soup through a delivery app. There was a non-food object in my food. I believe it was a cardboard/thick paper. This kind of contamination is unacceptable and easily avoidable if the restaurant follows basic food safety procedures. Eat here at your own risk.

Really slow service. Not what I expected. It took them over 20 minutes to get me a sandwich. None of the tables wiped off. They’ve reduced staff – you order on kiosks by yourself now. Not sure if they have enough staff at this point to get stuff out and keep the place clean.

Plastic containers of salad dressing in the salad bowl. Bread thrown in the bag together with all the meals instead of a separate bag.
And now plastic wrap on my soup.

I ordered a BLT on tomato basil bread and Mexican street corn soup. The soup was great. The bacon on the sandwich was mushy and cold. The bread was neither toasted nor very flavorful. My daughter’s macaroni and cheese was very good as was my chai latte.

If you are anywhere near Bee Ridge and Cattlemen Road please take the time and check out this Pandora but this is absolutely wonderful food great flavor the people are outstanding to get to know even if you’re just sitting outside it is a great place to eat thank you Christine Schultz
