Very cozy and calm place that gives peaceful Christmas vibes. One thing I truly value is how friendly and polite the staff are. Sometimes the food delivery pick-ups disturb the atmosphere a bit, but that’s understandable — people are trying to survive in a world where AI and machines are taking over. Overall, I recommend stopping by.

I frequently had lunch at this location last year. Never an issue, always predictably good food. This year I have noticed a decline in service and availability of items on the menu. The location seems to be having staffing issues. Tables were dirty. Very low stock for breads to purchase and pastries. Today the food was tasty and prepared quickly. The employees were friendly and working hard. Hoping they can get enough people to work so this location can return to its previous standards.

The Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich I got via DoorDash today was actually DISGUSTING. The onions tasted like they were literally soaked in sugar, it was like eating mouthfuls of sugar in every bite. The whole thing was drenched in sugary liquid. I threw it out after a few bites because it was inedible. The sandwich also barely had any meat on it. Really disappointed since I chose to give this location another try, even though they cross contaminated my food the last time I ordered a salad and caused an allergic reaction. I figured it was my fault for thinking I could order a salad from a busy place without risk. The last time I ordered I did a pick 2 with grilled cheese and tomato soup and my grilled cheese was mostly raw bread and barely any cheese.
Doordash did not refund my order today so I absolutely won’t be ordering from or visiting this location ever again. Not worth wasting my money on with so many other options around!

This location is a dirty filthy pit. When you walk in you will notice the dirty floor, a sticky substance on the counter tops, entry way doors that have not seen window cleaner in months. My take order was blessed with not one but two hairs! The take out bag sticker had red hair attached to it. The picture of the sandwich shows another hair. Of course, speaking to the manager named Marshall at the location was useless, as he could have cared less!

My tuna san on sourdough and their creamy tomato soup, really hit the spot. Fresh tuna, tomato, onion and bread, always. Soup is NOT overly salty. A great meal that filled the hole.

I was afraid to come here because of the negative reviews, but honestly, there’s nothing wrong with this place. Food was ready at expected time, it tasted great. Place is clean.

Out of strawberries at 11:00 AM. So they offered pineapple as a substitute in the parfaits and in the oatmeal. Instead of pineapple, we were given a bowl of wilted honeydew with a little pineapple on top.

FRUSTRATING is how I’d rate this experience. Called in a catering order 17 days in advance, asked for their morning continental. Specified the quantity of people and asked for everything to be cut in half. As the pictures would show the notes were entered properly yet they accomplished NONE of these requests. I can understand someone making a mistake and owning but when I called, the Manager had the audacity to not only interrupt when I was speaking but DEFEND their actions of shorting my order. Her words to me were “we will not put extras in, just fulfill what you ordered”. Since when is asking for enough food for 15 ppl considered extra? Why would the staff inquire as to how many if it was irrelevant? If there was an up charge because your morning continental caters to 10 or less why not charge me more based on the amount of people I’m looking to serve? Are any of these questions considered crazy to ask?!?!
I admit I was not the most pleasant to speak with in this moment. However when I couldn’t even ask for a partial refund because in their eyes they saw this job being “fulfilled” I was beside myself. I love their menu and their food, but paying nearly $80 to have a breakfast shorted and be told they feel it was a job well done?
Think it’s time to explore more local options.
