Not huge on Panera, tad over priced, but their breakfast sandwiches are very good. I like this location by Immokalee Rd and i75. Smaller than other Paneras. Quiet atmosphere. Food came out relatively quickly. The Asiago breakfast sandwich i had was fresh and tasty. Wife enjoyed her breakfast croissant as well.

Okay this has become a large problem, and this Panera doesn’t seem to care about it, for the customers or the workers. You cannot just hire anybody who is willing to “work” and I am using that word very loosely, because I don’t consider what they’re doing as even work.
There are two girls there specifically, that I believe work dishwasher or are at least the bussers because they come around and collect items off the table. THEY ARE RUDE. And maybe there are days they are not necessarily rude, but they do not know what personal space is. Example, one day, I was getting a drink from the fountain and as I got there to fill it up, one of the girls came up directly behind me, so close that I couldn’t take a step backwards without running into her. When I turned around hoping she would take the hint, she just STARED at me. Thats it. I smiled, and continued with whatever it was I was doing, and I said “Sorry.” and she swiped past me, brushing my shoulder and continued to… idk what she needed to do. But um hello? She and the other girl have repeatedly done things like this, and it makes the experience HORRIBLE. I also see them on their phones TALKING ON SPEAKER PHONE. Loudly. What. The. Heck. Allowing this type of work, and in FRONT of the customers none-the least is disrespectful, and incompetent. You can’t just hire anybody and then let them act like that without repercussions. This has been going on for MONTHS.
I think after the last time there, I am no longer returning. At least not if those people work there. This is ridiculous.
At least the food is decent.

We were here for a soccer tournament with a ton of parents and kids and this place was great. They can handle a LOT of people at once and the staff are very nice and have a great attitude. They also donate day old food to people in need which is amazing, given all the food that goes to waste these days.
The food quality is very good. The bread bowls were fresh, soup was great. I got the Napa chicken sandwich and the cheddar broccoli tortilla soup, great combination! There is plenty of parking in the lot outside that is free. Lots of seating inside. Overall good place!

I haven’t been to Panera for a meal in a while. The food is still delicious and we both enjoyed our meals. FYI – the lady behind the prep counter was a bit crotchety when I mentioned that I requested a chocolate chip cookie and not an M&M cookie. lol

The cashier was having a bad attitude with the clients just because she has nails and her machine wasn’t working. There was 5 people after us and by looking at her attitude we left. We were trying to get a good breakfast and we recieve such a bad attitude from the cashier. Also they should use hats for their hair!! That was my breakfast for today in the morning.

Went for lunch, there was only about 3 tiny pieces of chicken on the sandwich. My husband’s French dip was extremely thin, barely any meat as well. Way overpriced for what you get. The lady taking orders was not to friendly either. Needless to say Panera is dead to me.

That is why I love this place, I made a decision to try new bagel bur did not realized it has spicy on it, it was my mistake, after take a bite my mouth started to burn, I kindly ask the cashier and the manager, made me a new bagel with no cost, this is so lovely this make me keep bringing to Panera bread, because this is satisfying even it is my wrong food choice they made it correct awesome awesome awesome

It was the last Panera Bread location that actually was baking bread every day. Now to save cost this place sells previously refregirated bread and quality dramatically decreased. There used to be good bagels, but not anymore.
