this is literally the most unorganized Panera establishment I have ever eaten from. I have ordered multiple times from this location and each time my drink is forgotten, my food has been picked up by the wrong person, my order was completely cancelled without any notice to me, no napkins or utensils were placed in my bag. I can go on for days.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, put order in online the day before to do a rapid pick-up the next morning. My confirmation said good to pick up at 6:40 am….didn’t happen they finally open the door at 7:02am WHEN I finally got someone’s attention. Bagels were not sliced and the pastries and muffins seemed stale. This was for a annual board meeting and it made for a very stressful morning. DO NOT recommend this location at all!! My company spend thousands of dollars a month on food orders. This location is NO longer on my list!! PLEASE DON’T GO THERE!!

I tried to order with your app and had an issue placing an order even though I have used the app previously. Not sure what has changed. We went into the restaurant, ordered, it said that our food was ready on the board and we waited another 10 minutes after that for the food to actually come out. My husband’s chicken broccoli bowl was horrible and he could barely identify the meat as chicken and my Greek salad with chicken came with no salad dressing. We thought we’d try you guys again, but we won’t be coming back after this. We’re done.

I found a piece of plastic in my Chicken Baja Bowl. I had to wait 7 minutes before someone appeared to take my order. I was charged for a french baguette that I did not order. The food was okay, but I was not impressed. I will not return!

I usually get my lunch here, but on 01/28 I ordered a spicy take sandwich at 4pm and it was the worst sandwich I’ve had. The grilled chicken was dry and burnt to a crisp. No sauce on the chicken meat as the description stated. The fried pickles were just small crumbs. no sauce was in the sandwich at all. I had to resort to putting just Mayo on the sandwich so it would go down properly.

May 5th I came in for my take out. The register gentleman and the working woman wearing all black were talking to each other. No one said welcome or asked if I needing anything. I was looking around for the type of beverage as they talked to each other. I order a 10.00 salad. Not only did they forget to put the chicken in it I had to pick a bunch of the salad out because it was slimy gross. Couldn’t even eat it because the slimy salad parts was all over the good ones and it tastes so bad.
