I went with my daughter, 2 granddaughters, and 2 great grandsons for lunch after having a fun time painting pottery at the Bent Brush. We had a wonderful lunch, and every adult went back and ordered more food to take home. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious!

Staff provided great service, especially Elaine. Coffee is pretty good, too. This is my first visit to this Panera and the first time I having anything other than breakfast at any Panera. I ordered the pepperoni/ cheese sandwich…pains me to say, it was terrible. I’ll explain…a sandwich should not be 70-80% bread and the rest fixing. I literally removed the bottom bread, doubled the sandwich over, and it still was not a sandwich, in my opinion…disappointing for a sandwich north of $10.

Came into this location today for lunch and got french onion soup. It tasted… Different? Than most French onion soups I’ve had. Not rotten, almost a tomato taste. Like it had been frozen, thawed, and heated multiple times… not fresh, Just. off. Different. I didn’t think much of it, I figured they just had a different recipe that didn’t necessarily appeal to me- until I was almost done eating and started feeling nauseous. I’ve progressively gotten sicker throughout the day with food poisoning symptoms and at this point there’s definitely no question that is exactly what’s going on. I did a quick Google search “Panera food poisoning” and was horrified at all of the reports, specifically from soup, including from employees that confirmed my suspicion about it being repeatedly thawed and refrozen. We definitely won’t be back, and hopefully they see this and dump that particular soup. It’s sad to see people serving things to guests that they know they wouldn’t eat themselves.

To the management. Receipt number 834458370. Don’t know who made the Caesar salad for my family pack order but y’all just gave me rotten lettuce. Half the salad was a waste which tells me the rest should be to. Absolute joke to serve that to customers.

i love love love panera. i went there couple weeks ago, my family and i go there every once in a while and got the chipotle avacado melt. it tasted fine, gave some to my daughter she liked it. i’ve had it before with no issues. i went about my day and like 9 hours later i started throwing up profusely, having food poisoning like symptoms. this is the first time i had ever gotten food poisoning. my daughter woke up the next morning also throwing up a lot. i love panera, im more or less writing this so they know to double check their ingredients and make sure they’re cooking their meats thoroughly. i don’t think i’ll be coming back for a long time. that experience was awful.

I came here after a long day of work and sat down to a nice clean table and nice great warm food, I loved how they treated customers quickly and efficiently, a few notable employees that helped me were christen, Elizabeth and Bryan the brown , I felt very warm and satisfied with this restaurant would recommend 10/10.

This was officially my last Panera meal. Awful. Awful, overcooked, overpriced chicken soup. It was terrible. The noodles were all broken, hardly any chicken. It was literally the bottom of the soup barrel and $30! So no one greets you or takes your order or brings it out to you but they asked me to tip them?
