I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, and it was about what you’d expect from a fast-casual place like Panera. The dressing was okay, and the lettuce and cheese were decent. My biggest issue was the grilled chicken it was cold and sliced so thin it was more like deli meat than actual grilled chicken. For the price, I expected something a little fresher and more substantial. Not terrible, but not great either.

I’m not sure if the management has changed or what, but this Panera was extremely dirty. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty and sticky, and there were piles of dirty plates left near the trash. I was lucky to find a table that looked somewhat clean. I sat there for about 40 minutes, and they weren’t busy at all—there was plenty of time to clean. How are customers supposed to eat comfortably in an environment like that?

This is my local Panera bread and I have given
them multiple opportunities to get not only our to
go orders right but to have items in stock.We have been ordering from here since they opened. This location seems to have run out of French Baquettes and other ingredients as well. Every time we want to order baguettes, they do not have them. Not only that, I was told that
they do not have a brioche bun for their new
Chicken take sandwich and that they couldn’t substitute the bread. Meanwhile, I’m hearing their
employees offer other to go orders the option of choosing another kind of bread for that same sandwich. Why was I not given this option? They basically lied to my face. No matter what time of day I have ordered from here, they mess up our order or we have to order something different because they cannot adjust their menu items. The pictures are from our order tonight. The first picture only has three small pieces of chicken for the pick two salad which is completely different then the same salad ordered last week in store. The second picture is supposed to be a large salad. $12 later for a small salad. Grilled cheese was burnt on the inside with the bread hardly cooked. I have never had a problem at any other Panera Bread. Very unhappy with this location since it opened.

Stopped by the local Panera today for lunch. Food was quick, ordered at the kiosk, found a seat and they texted when the food was done. We tried the new ciabatta sandwiches with chili and potato soup. Food was fresh with great flavor. Would recommend.

Ordered Bowls of Chic noodle soup, Chili w/cheese n onion, broccoli cheese soup (was none/out) bacon mac n cheese, almost $40. Got home to eat, chili has Sharp, Pointy Pieces like Nail clipping or something, Gross!!! Not Goining to try anything else, to find more Gross Stuff in our Food.
There goes our appetite and dinner. $40 wasted!

I ran into a small problem and was pleased that the Manger went out of her way to help fix the issue. The Asian Chicken salad was excellent. The Smokehouse BBQ sandwich was also very good.

The food is good for a fast food type restaurant. The service is par for fast food. They have the tip jar out, but it’s a walk of counter, and you go and retrieve your own food. I’m not sure why they expect a tip. And the atmosphere is a normal, for a fast food restaurant.
