I was visiting Lake Whales area and needed food. Saw panera bread and was so excited. Food was great! I had the chicken Avocado melt and broccoli cheddar soup. My favorite and go to whenever I go to Panera. Love it. Food was nice and warm. Personally I think there should be more meat in the sandwich but oh well! Over it was great. The atmosphere was quite abd the staff seems very nice. Will be visiting again when I am in that area

Hands down the best Panera Bread I’ve been to. 10x better than the one in Sebring at making sweet tea (and most of the drinks). The people here take their time and actually care about your order. All of the employees I’ve dealt with including Theresa and a few others are always extremely kind and clearly care about the customer’s experience. Will keep coming back here even though it’s farther from my house cause it’s the best. A++

Came here a couple weeks after they opened. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches took them
45 minutes to make them. I thought it was because everyone was new it was taking long but after seeing them pass my coffee drink 2 times thru the drive thru and I kept saying it was mine because the girl that was bagging my stuff kept saying she needed my coffee to complete my order.
Well came back today and nothing new. My sandwich was made wrong I asked for asiago bread with my sandwich and was given a bagel. Which all the toppings went right thru the middle. Not convincing me to come back I also saw a lady from drive thru come back 3 times because the order was messed up 3 times.

Great addition to this area. Staff was very kind. Something was missing in my order and when I asked, they didn’t hesitate to resolve it. Food was fresh and tables were always being cleaned. Highly recommend this location

It was amazing! There was this girl I think her name was Alee and she was amazingly nice for working at Panera. She really exemplified the spirit that Panera shows and I might just come back again because I love the culture that they were giving there.

Came to order a quick mid day meal for my wife after her long day of work. Ordered her a tomato basil BLT and a tomato soup. Took almost 12 minutes to get my food after paying. Get the food and get home just to find out we got the sandwich but the tomato soup was not soup it was mac and cheese that we didn’t order. I might be going to Lakeland Panera bread for now on.

The place is like every other Panera the food is Really good, but the thing is they take pretty long. If you order perhaps a coffee and a sandwich it takes like 5 – 3 minutes, and I know it’s not that much but if you go to other places it takes like a 1 min. sorry that this review is long
