I have been to this Panera Bread multiple times and have had many good experiences there. The staff working the counter are friendly and helpful. The order is prepared quickly and accurately. The store is clean and has comfortable seating available while you wait or if you want to dine in.

Hands down the best Panera in the area!! Food is always fresh and made Correctly the 1st time. Employees are polite and helpful. Definitely the only Panera I’ll eat from. Broccoli soup is to die for! If you haven’t tried a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie from here what are you doing with your life? Literally I could go on and on about the food but trust me this is the Panera to go to!

Don’t eat at this restaurant! I ordered the Greek yogurt and they served me two rotten containers of the yogurt and then wouldn’t refund my money for them because I didn’t take a picture of the bad yogurt I threw them away!!! I didn’t know they could tell that they were bad by a picture!!! This place doesn’t care if they poisoned someone or not! They should be checking the dates on their stuff but evidently all that matters is a sale to them not someone’s life!!!

I frequent this location multiple times a week and usually have no issues. However, I came in last week for a latte and the experience left me confused and questioning the training of Panera associates. I placed my order and was told that everything was already put away some 25 minutes before closing but that I could make it myself. What?? Make it myself? I didn’t realize Panera offered DIY lattes! If I wanted to make my own, I would have done it at home. What a weird encounter and an unprofessional way to treat customers! I’ll remember this next time my coworkers and I want to place a large order and take my money elsewhere.
