Absolutely disgusting every time I order from here, especially today. The mixed greens were completely wilted, brown and rotten. How can you serve something so obviously rotten? The order was also wrong. This isn’t the first time they have served rotten food to me and have messed up previous orders in the past. They are also very unfriendly and look like you’re such an inconvenience when the order on the app shows it’s ready and on the pick up cabinet thing but it clearly isn’t, you wait 10-15 min and finally ask and you’re treated like such a burden.

This Panera showed me the quality of good and service I expect at Panera. The scone was just crisp enough and just big enough with my hibiscus tea, large of course. The cookies and pastries are looking good today. I passed on the you pick twos and I await fall for autumn squash soup. They have a menu of salads, sandwiches, soups, and Mac and cheese inc bacon Mac and cheese kids menu. High chairs

We ordered takeout from this location (22nd Ave at 66th St N) in St. Petersburg. The food was excellent – the baguette side in particular was perfectly baked. The service left a little to be desired: I know on this age of online ordering we’ve become spoiled, but this was my experience. I arrived at 6:34 pm. I had received an email saying the order would be ready at 6:36. At 6:37 I got an app notification saying the order was ready. At 6:38 I checked with staff at the store who said it would be coming out soon. At 6:45 the same staffer said “you don’t have your order yet?”. It came up at 6:48. Not sure why I got a notification the order was ready 11 minutes prior to it actually being fulfilled. Better to under-promise and over-deliver. But that’s a minor objection in an otherwise good overall experience.

This Panera has the best service and the best food! The person running register calmly looked up an ingredient for me in one of the soups. She was kind and professional. And the kitchen staff were fun and made me smile. Thank you wonderful food service workers!

My husband and I stopped there one Saturday morning for coffee and breakfast. Panera used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but not anymore. (I used to order from Panera’s catering a few times a week for lunch meetings, and everything was always top-notch.) We got a couple of hot sandwiches, which took quite a while for them to come out. The lobby wasn’t busy. When the food came out, my husband took a bite into his to find a lukewarm, overly microwaved sausage patty. The middle was like cement at this point. It was returned, and a replacement patty was provided. The coffee was only warm in the thermal dispensers and rather weak. We didn’t order pastries, but I hope the quality hasn’t changed. I doubt I’ll stop in again.

We dined here at about 9 pm, which was almost closing time for them, but they had all the soup, bread and sandwich options!
Very nice place, well maintained, clean and with friendly associates.
Lots of parking and seating available. Located at a prime location in the area!

They get three stars simply because the portion of my order that I got was good. However, I was missing.
Part of my order when I called to tell the manager that I was missing a bagel but did get the cream cheese, the butter, the fork and the knife in the bag. I was calling to ask if I could run back up there to grab one since this was my breakfast. His response was, are you sure the bag wasn’t tampered with? Because my associate remembers placing the bagel in the bag.I find that highly insulting implying that I might be lying about the missing bagel, which is crazy! Even if your associate stated that they remember placing the bagel in the bag, you don’t verbalize that to the customer. It was tasteless and rude. This is the first and last time I will ever order from panera! Good job management!

Walked in to bad service. Didn’t have my food ready and it was 10 minutes past. Last making the food was rude when I asked where I could find it. This to go order was meant to be a picnic date, but they forgot to include the spoons so we couldn’t eat it in the park…

Another fine Panera Bread bakery! Lots of space, inside and out – definitely one of the larger locations I’ve seen. Plenty of space to stand in line and order, lots of booths, and sufficient alcoves to tuck away in case you’re here to work or study a bit longer. Indoor and outdoor seating. The rapid pickup took a minute to find (behind the wall, past the registers), but easy enough to get to and grab-and-go. Everything seemed clean and well kept. Overall, a great experience.
