I really love this place—its sandwiches are amazing. The breakfast options are great, and everything tastes fresh and flavorful. The bread, especially, is incredibly delicious and makes every bite even better. A spot I always enjoy coming back to.

I usually don’t have any issues with Panera food. It is always delicious and looks like the photo. But ordering my breakfast sandwich, it looked nothing like the photo and had the tiniest bit of chicken on it. When I asked the manager if I could have a little more chicken, she told me that was how much they normally give and would rather make me a whole other sandwich. I didn’t want another sandwich though, I just wanted a little bit more chicken like the advertising photo showed. We also ordered bacon on another sandwich and they didn’t even put it on. Incredibly poor customer service from the manager this morning. Extremely disappointing. Crazy how she would rather waste a lot more money on making a whole other sandwich than just giving me a tiny scoop more of chicken like the photo shows.

This Panera® near USF and Moffitt Cancer Center offer the standard far and beverages with the same great service I always expect. We enjoyed the creamy corn chowder soup (extra blue tortilla strips) paired with a caesar salad for a great signature you-pick-2. And a tomato bisque (no croutons thank you) with strawberry pecan salad full of goodness and poppyseed dressing on the side for another you-pick-2. I love being able to mix and match salads, soups, and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. The Hibiscus tea is sugar free and even though it is behind the counter service, ask for a refill. Other beverages are out for self-serve as 3 teas, and Pepsi® fountain drinks. Don’t forget to check out the bakery goods and super large M&M cookies!

Panera is fine—soups are hot, salads are fresh, staff is friendly. But let’s be honest: the real star here is the baguette. Forget the “balanced meal” illusion—this bread is the Beyoncé of the bakery case. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and somehow makes you believe carbs are a life necessity (spoiler: they are).
They could serve me lukewarm water in a paper cup, and if it came with that baguette, I’d still give five stars. It’s the kind of bread that makes you rethink every sad grocery‑store loaf you’ve ever bought. Honestly, Panera could rename itself “House of Baguette” and no one would complain.

A good place for breakfast. Had scrambled egg and avocado, scrambled egg brioches, and spinach artichoke souffle. All of these were good and served hot. The price per person is less than $10. The kiosk offering is available, too.

I went around brunch time and it was pretty busy. Kiosks were easy to use. My food came out pretty quick and when there was an error with one of the soups I order, one of the female employee offer to remake it. Overall, a good experience.

I went in around 9:45am not many people so the selection was pretty good and you would think what you order would be what you receive. One of the items I ordered was for myself…a cinnamon crunch bagel, TOASTED, with cream cheese. My bagel was not toasted and by the time I figured it out, I was at my destination with no way to toast it myself, which I shouldn’t have to. SMH

The inside of the restaurant was quite loud and we had a difficult time ordering.
Our Asian Salads were pretty sparse on the chicken, the soft drink counter did seem to work well.
No sticky floors and the rest rooms were ok.
The staff were helpful and kind to my elderly parents. They had just a couple handicap parking spots.

I stopped in for breakfast and a coffee as a Sip Club member. The kiosk directed me to the counter for my cup, but no one was there, so I asked the bakery staff. Instead of helping, they seemed annoyed and redirected me to the order pickup area, where I was told my cup would come out with my order. After several minutes of waiting, my food was ready.
When I asked again about my cup, the staff member placed the bag on the counter and, rather rudely, told me it was inside the bag. I hadn’t seen a cup packed this way before, but sure enough it was there—though unfortunately with a damaged rim. When I asked for a replacement, she gave me one with an apology, but her tone remained unfriendly.
Overall, I was surprised at how difficult and unpleasant it was just to get a coffee cup. The rudeness from the staff made the experience frustrating. On a positive note, the coffee itself was excellent—fresh and hot—and the sandwich was delicious.
