Good afternoon, I came into the franchise and I have met the most amazing and most caring manager ever JAKEE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CHARISMA. Thank you for being very caring thank you for treating my family with patience and being kind and understanding: I love the energy you have and I loved your smile when I came into the restaurant you are a hard working man and I really appreciated everything the restaurant is also so clean I would be definitely coming to see you again thanks, Jake your the best. We were visiting a family member at the hospital and this was the closest Panera we found. Got the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and frontera chicken to go, selected chips as the sides but got bread and Mac n cheese? Easy fix no problem, the young lady apologized and got our chips. I went to the restroom and this is what it looked like . I immediately regretted coming to this place this, and thought that if this is also the employees’ bathroom I need to pray over my meal a little longer!
Bleach this place! Better yet tear it down and build another restroom please.

We can’t here today (again) to give this place a second chance.. it was still the same :(… It seems like thisI came back here today and my opinion is still the same. What happened to Panera ?? .. years ago, The souffle was a real souffle, like a French one.. now it is more like a pastry or a tasteless bread.. in another subject, why is that these places do better on marketing than on the real food. Take a look on the pictures below. One has what we got and the other some marketing pictures for the same item. Do they look the same ? The croissant was the worst. It is sized like a cookie and tastes like unfinished dough 🙁 .. pity. I liked Panera so much.

Food and service were acceptable. The place is clean and comfortable , the staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate a Greek salad, Tamatoe Soup, Mac and cheese and Avacado/bacon sandwich. The food was amazing! We were a party of 4 and received our food quickly. The place wasn’t too busy. We left full and Happy. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for a nice evening outing.

Okay, the first time they did this I forgave them. But this is the second time now that I get a sandwich with avocado and the avocado is brown. It is very clear that it’s not a good avocado piece so I’m not understanding why it would still be put on my sandwich.

Came in for the potato soup and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely friendly, the establishment was clean and put together, and the food was absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone stopping by.

Worker was rude and disrespectful. I am hard of hearing with a hearing aid. I ordered through the kiosk and then asked the worker a question about bread options. She spoke with her head down and quietly. I asked her to repeat herself so that I can hear and she yelled with an attitude to ask someone else. I will not be supporting this franchise again. Management did nothing.

I love Panera usually especially their sandwiches and lately this place has been disappointing. All of this bread and 1 little sliver of chicken and avocado for $8-9? Whoever thought this looked good to send out needs to be re trained.

Pretty upset! I had ordered from this location so many times and everything was always great. However today I had payed almost $5 for a fruit cup and I’m very disappointed with the amount of fruit I received. I would never pay so much for such little fruit.

Ordered 2 bowls of soup to go. $9.00 each and I received 2 cups of soup and no baguettes in the bag when I got home.
