Panera has excellent food. I ordered the bacon egg sandwich. It was very small and the coffee bar had no regular coffee and no creamer and TWO servers came to the coffee bar and never refilled the cream or coffee

Great spot to study or meet up with a friend for some coffee or a soda. Very clean and always brightly lit inside. It can be cold on one side of the restaurant so bring a sweater if that bothers you. It’s warmer on the side where the baked good are served!
Great community table area for small groups to meet. Plenty of electrical outlets around for charging your phone or laptop.

On my way to a Saturday morning car service, I wanted a quick breakfast. After searching the area, I decided to stop at Panera Bread.
Upon entering, I browsed the menu and ordered a Egg White Avocado Sandwich along with a medium black coffee. My order was ready quickly, and I was back on the road in no time.
The sandwich was fresh and healthy, with a good balance of avocado and egg, making it filling–perfect to keep me going until lunch. The coffee was a great complement perfectly paired with the sandwich .
Stopping at Panera Bread for this breakfast combo turned out to be a great decision.

EVERYTHING IS EXTRA! You have to ask to get tables wiped down so you can eat along with a nasty look!! Soup Luke warm , and drinks are now $3.39!! Think I’ll eat at a steak place next… At least I’ll get waited on and they clean up the tables!! Come on! Do better!

This was our first time eating here and we were incredibly impressed. Both my daughter and I ordered the bacon turkey sandwich. I got soup and she got the strawberry poppy seed salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. We even ordered a chocolate chip cookie and were given the option of a warmed up one. It was also delicious. I think we’ll be back again!

I have ordered from this location both in person and via postmates, and like a dumb dog I (for some reason) have continued to order soup here, but that will end today as I deleted the app. When you visit in person, the atmosphere sucks (managers disciplining teenage associates who are obviously overwhelmed and tired – great for when you eat your overpriced hospital food, which Panera is known for). But getting to go or ordering delivery is the biggest mistake someone can do – if you order a sandwich, prepare for stale bread and sloppily put together ingredients. If you order a soup, prepare for the tops to warp and for Postmates (or other delivery folks) to slosh it around until the soup has no container. Salads are usually fine (still edible, just damaged container) as are drinks (often no straws). Either way, you’re wasting money by ordering delivery and getting no food or popping in just to leave in a worse mood than when you parked your car. Don’t be like me and continue to pavlov dog your way into checking your bank account for a refund every time you drive by or stop at wiregrass. Again, low rating for this place but definitely my fault for buying food at a Panera in the first place.

I usually love going to this Panera bread before the Wiregrass fresh market every 1st and 3rd Saturday to grab breakfast as I’m one of the vendors that’s there. We spend all day out in the sun and today I happen to forget my water. So when I was placing my order for their new ham croissant sandwich, I asked for a large cup that I could fill with water and let her know that I was one of the vendors that was going be in the sun all day and that’s why I requested a large cup… The staff is usually super friendly and nice but today the lady behind the counter wanted to charge me an extra seven dollars for two large cups that I was going to fill with water which I found absurd. The gesture of giving your customer a cup for water when you know they’re literally going be out in the sun all day, speaks volumes and brings back repeated business, especially when it’s a unique case. This was very shortsighted for them to do. To charge seven dollars for 2 cups intended for water is very tacky and makes me not want to bring business to Panera bread again due to their lack of customer service.

I have placed countless orders through Chris, Kailey, and Andrea. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. They know the menu really well and give great suggestions. I have ordered a Madagascar Vanilla Cream, plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and the order is called ‘You pick 2.’ Within the 2, I chose a bowl of Autumn Squash with a side of bread and a Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The Madagascar comes with 3 pumps of vanilla but I wanted it less sweetened so I only had 1 pump of vanilla. It was delicious and the perfect sweetness. My bagel was sliced and not toasted. The bagel was fresh and tasty and soft. Having the cream cheese on it gave the bagel a great kick to it. The Soup is my absolute favorite! Highly recommend it! The Classic Grilled Cheese was nicely toasted and slightly crunchy. It was warm and fresh. The cheese was enough to make the sandwich taste so yummy. Throughout my visits, there was always an associate sanitizing the tables and areas frequently. Everyone follows the CDC guidelines. There was constant replenishing at the coffee credenza area. The area is well lit and plenty of outlets to charge your devices and electronics. I highly recommend this Panera!

Worst experience ever at this location and worst customer service. After ordering online, received message that it is getting delayed after reaching and then got the message order is ready after some time and after going inside , we had to wait another 20 minutes. Overall took about an hour. Online ordering experience was not good as well. Used a reward for entree , but magically didn’t get applied and reward also no longer in the app.

Way over priced for less than subpar food and that’s being nice…u have “bread” in ur name how can it be that u give out sandwiches with stale bread?! $16 for a salad with browned lettuce ..the quality has diminished drastically over the years i only ordered from here bc I had a gift card..it further lamented the fact that panera is nowhere near what it used to be..I won’t be returning, gift card or not
