Friendly and fast service at this coffee shop. Has everything you would expect at breakfast and lunch. This location has a rapid order station. Ample seating and often has groups who are hanging for extended periods of time. No complaints for a breakfast or lunch stop. Free WiFi

Filthy. Horrible customer service. We were the only ones waiting at the counter to order and everyone in the back just talking and not recognizing us after looking at us waiting. Panera Bread has been a lovely lunch spot but my most recent visit I was rather disappointed. Not only have the prices of the pick two gone way up, but the portion sizes are smaller. Although I love the flavors, I will definitely be visiting less often due to these two factors.

I visit this location quite often (3x an week) and I never have any big issue except today. I ordered the roasted turkey and avocado blt. I received the order once I got in the car I didn’t see any avocado inside the sandwich. I went back into the restaurant and asked one of the ladies in the line. I ask “do you not have avocados because I didn’t see any in the sandwich” she replied “there’s no avocado” and that’s it.

It was a great experience. Clean, well organized and very good selection, as usual for Panera Bread. The staff was very courteous and service oriented. Shout out Kayla, she is very nice, genuine and thoughtful. When I told her that I needed more time because I had to pick three different orders she asked me if I’d like to have a printed menu to look at so I don’t have to look up at the menu on the top and can take my time. How thoughtful is that!
