Went in with a group of coworker. Young man at the counter didn’t the the difference between a scone and a Bearclaw. He didn’t know what an Americano coffee was. My coworker had to wait for then to clean there expresso machine and insist they give her the expresso shot because he was also trying to charge her for another coffee. Need better training of employees.
