Ordered a bread bowl and unfortunately there was barely any soup in it. I kindly asked the manager if a little more could be added, but she explained that the portions are pre-portioned. I understand policies, but it was disappointing since the bowl felt mostly empty. Took my daughter here for a little lunch date the other day and we always love the food. To me being at Panera bread is cozy because I’ve been bringing my kids to Panera on special occasions for years. I enjoy seeing the groups of older ladies come in and spend time together. I would definitely be here more often if it wasn’t a little on the pricier side. But again the food is always great. The only thing I would change would be that I wish the fountain drinks came with the meals. This particular time I ordered the onion soup and grilled cheese, my daughter got the Mac n cheese, pure comfort food!

Disappointed in my most recent experience at Panera. I ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad, which apparently came with a side of flies. From the photos, you can see a wing and that it was about as big as an almond. It took everything in me to keep what I’d already eaten down… In addition to that, they’re still refusing to refund the order when all of it was thrown away! The quality just has not been the same the last couple of years. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Panera used to be our quick weekday dinner when we didn’t have time to cook something. I understand that there is a labor shortage, a supply disruption, a pandemic and whatever the world is going through now, but there is nothing other than laziness and total disregard to explain grilling a grilled cheese sandwich with the paper still stuck on the cheese. And this is not a small piece that can be missed by accident. Whomever made this sandwich, they made it with their eyes closed! Really, why??

I ordered the chicken Cesar Salad. I added bacon and gorgonzola. It was delicious! But with an iced tea , it was $$15. For that price, I could have gotten a steak. I have previously had the cookies here, which were great. One time I had a cinnamon bun here, but it had an odd flavor. It wasn’t specific to thia Panera, but the recipe of the company. The chocolate croissant is very good. Get that instead.

Panera Bread for the most part is always consistent. I love the peach blueberry smoothie and the strawberry banana smoothie is too sweet in my opinion but my boyfriend loved it.
The chipotle avocado chicken sandwich was really yummy and the tuna sandwich was good too but I wish they would’ve added more tuna. The Mac and cheese was too salty so we didn’t eat that.
The warm chocolate chip cookie will always be my fav! So yummy!

Had my dad pick up take out bread bowls. I opened it once he got home to find all the cups of soup not even full. Why am I paying $9 for 3 bites of soup ? Doesn’t even fill the cut out of the bread bowl.

Food is good but it took over 20 mins for a pick two. For a fast food place thats forever. Overheard a lot of complaints while i waiting. Noticed that prices have gone up and size went down. Instead of half a panini i got 1/4. The bread piece was bigger than my panini. Been over a year since ive been to Panera, probably be longer before i go back again. 🙁
