Dear [Panera Customer Service/Management],
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your bakery. I visited your West palm Beach village common location and ordered a Maltese Cheese sandwich, expecting to receive a full sandwich as described. However, after waiting for approximately 15 minutes, I was served a portion that was nearly a quarter of the size I anticipated.
When I raised this issue with the manager on duty, I was shocked by her response. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, she dismissed them outright, claiming that “this is how they are” and that even half of a whole sandwich would be this size. Her tone was dismissive, and she even raised her voice, making the interaction uncomfortable and disappointing.
As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive the product I paid for and to be treated with respect. This experience has left me questioning the quality of service at your establishment, which is concerning given that Panera has always been a place I’ve relied on for quality food and service.
I have attached photos of the sandwich I received, which clearly show that it was not as advertised. I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly, and I look forward to your response.
