It’s in a very busy area on Northlake Blvd. The restaurant is very quiet and quaint, customer service was very friendly and helpful especially with the orders. And my order came out very good no complaints. Overall experience was excellent.

Angel made my visit feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that kind of leadership makes a huge difference. Panera is lucky to have her!

This Panera location has the nicest employees & they actively clean the dining area & refill the drink stations. I have a Sip Club membership & visit many Panera locations, but this one is my go-to. Food comes out quickly and is always fresh. Sometimes I order on my phone app while I’m in the parking lot and by the time I go in and find a table, my food is ready.
The ashiers are always friendly & helpful as soon as you walk in the door (unlike other locations where nobody is at the front!), but if they’re busy, there are 2 kiosk screens you can order from. Or just order online/from the app.
They always have people in their dining room on computers, maybe doing online school or “working from home”. Still have plenty of space and a row of booths for privacy, so you don’t feel like you’re in a loud restaurant.

I come in daily and usually never complain about things but as of recently a lady who I assume to be the manager came up to another young lady while her head was down and said to her “If you’re not buying you need to leave and we don’t let stragglers lounge” I found this to be extremely disrespectful and a bad look for Panera. Might I add it was raining! Bad look guys!

Very nice restaurant. It was clean and the food was prepared at the right temperature and with care. Customer service was top and best of all the food was delicious. There was inside and outside seating. The outside seating was also covered. I think the management has hit a homer in with this location. Nice job Panera!

I’ve had a first interaction with Kevin where he is intentionally rude and today he continues to do so. It is extremely unusual to go into a business and need to deal with a child employee who seeking to upset customers. It is usually that they allowed to continue and staff follow suit. I would give this business minus 5 that is a child and they obviously refused to make corrections.

This particular location was great ! It’s hidden and tricky to get to off of the main road , but the quality was definitely worth it I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt. It was so warm & yummy ! It actually was really big , so you could split it with someone! I orders it as a pick 2 , so I got half a sandwich ( which was so filling ) and a half salad. My 1/2 sandwich was filled with chicken, fresh avocado, melted cheese , a delicious sauce and the bread was cooked perfectly! I’m already craving this again ! You can’t go wrong with this sandwich. I can’t tell you about the salad because I was full from the sandwich, so I gave it away. Be careful if their teas and drinks , though. There’s a lot of hidden caffeine, sugar and calories in them .
