We are here for lunch at noon on a Monday. Food was hot and fresh and served in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Workers were friendly. No complaints!

Very convenient store in the area of Kendall. It is located in a very quiet place which really reduces the waiting time. Drive through is a good choice. I requested assistance choosing a salad and seems like the server couldn’t offer a better choice. Pinnapple, blueberry, strawberry, mandarin, and pecans. I loved it. The soup was really good too. In the last few days I repeated my visit multiple times and of course tried different salads liking all of them (dine in & take out). Definitely good place for having fast food and one of the favorite choices for weekly scape.

I live near this establishment, and unfortunately the service is consistently unacceptable. Every time I visit, the service is extremely slow. Today, I ordered a salad and was told they did not even have arugula available, which is basic for any restaurant offering salads. Despite having many employees on staff, the service remains highly inefficient.
Customer service clearly is not a priority here. The restaurant was practically empty, yet service was still slow and poorly managed. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to customers is unacceptable. Management needs to take immediate action to improve efficiency, staff training, and overall customer service.

I’ve been living under a rock. Never knew how great Panera bread was. I’ve been to a Panera bread before but never actually ordered anything. My wife and her friends love the drinks from here and the paninis.
I can say going to this Panera bread out of my own volition was a great decision. I took my time at the kiosk. As soon as I became familiarized with their salads, I picked one. The salad was fresh and tasty. However after I finished my salad I walked over to the kiosk and familiarized myself some more on the other menu options.
I will absolutely return and next time I’m choosing one of their healthy and tasty looking bowls. Less calories than the salads and more fiber and protein, also cheaper.

Free refills, free wifi and a quiet spot to concentrate on laptop. This location also has a drive thru.

I love this restaurant. Everything is very clean, the food is fresh and delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are affordable. The manager and employees are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Started going there after appointments at Baptist Health next door. I find this location to be quieter and more relaxing than some other locations. Food has always been fresh and great, service with a smile, and quite clean. A lot of business people eating and working on their portable devices. Very convenient just off Kendall Dr. and not to far from Krome Ave. so you can go north or south.

My sister decided to dine at Panera Bread before we start our day. We ordered our food thru a computer and the transaction was very easy. Upon getting our food we sat ourselves in a table. It was kinda of dirty because someone didn’t cleaned up after themselves. We ordered the sausage, scramble eggs and cheese on a Asiago bagel, and a cappuccino. The food was delicious but the customer service was lacking. Needs improvement in that area.

The worst services, disgusting spoiled food and expensive.I order the new Italian hot sandwich when I started eating I open the bread because noticed was too much mayo and the lettuce was spoiled, I approached the food counter and the employees told me “Just remove it the rest is ok” whatttttttt? , they were laughing and talking bad about their management, talking personal stuffs out loud. The last time I eat in this disgusting place.
They removed kids menu because according to one of the employees corporate said “ kids eat as much as adults, they shouldn’t pay less” whatttt???
