Our family truly loves Panera Bread — the food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent. It’s one of our favorite places to come together for a meal, and we really appreciate the variety and quality of the menu.
However, during our recent visit, we were disappointed to see that the drink station area was very dirty and in need of serious attention. There was visible mold, buildup, and grime around the drink nozzles, as well as sticky surfaces, spills, and debris underneath and around the dispenser area. It gave the impression that this part of the restaurant isn’t cleaned as often or as thoroughly as it should be.
Cleanliness is such an important part of the dining experience, and it’s especially concerning around places where customers serve themselves drinks. We truly want to keep coming back — Panera is a family favorite — but we strongly encourage the management to do a deep cleaning of the beverage station and maintain it more frequently throughout the day.
We’re sharing this because we care about this location and want to continue enjoying it with peace of mind knowing that everything is as clean and welcoming as the food is delicious.

We had the soup and half sandwich lunch. It was excellent, priced fairly considering a MacDonald Fish sandwich would have cost about the same. This restaurant is clean and the staff helpful and nice.

Howard took my order today. I waited quite some time for my soufflés when I got there there were about 15 by the time I asked what was going on with my order. There were nearly none thank God I spoke up because after my order there was only one left Unfortunately, I think it’s cause I did not leave a tip and so he just left me on pause and everyone after me receive their soufflés almost leaving me with nothing not cool. I should not have to tip if I’m not dining in and receiving service like this is not good for your image When a customer order something they should receive it in that moment not wait until 10 other customers come in order the same thing and take them all.

Panera is a great place to eat for a healthy quick meal. My daughter loves the French onion soup! The grilled cheese is delicious with all of the extra crunchy cheese around the sides. Turkey and chicken are fresh not processed. They also sell a variety of breads and pastries.

I have come here 3 times but yesterday I don’t know who the supervisor or manager who was taking pictures with a tablet need to learn to be professional. Why he correcting a employee in front of the customer which you can tell the employees was uncomfortable. Second of all my kid got lil tiny bit of soda with the water cup and he looks at me and my child nasty like if we committed murder. The cleanness of this location is horrible. There was trays s plates all accumulated in garbage cans. It smell like mold inside of the establishment. The floors were sticky when you were walking in. That means to tell me that the mop never gets changed or cleaned. Having half portions when I order a bowl what did I pay for a bowl for when you’re filling up halfway? That’s a cup.

I received almost half a bowl of croutons after specifically asking for no croutons.
This was the third time in a row that this happened. Which is why I am now writing this review. I think they do this to give you less salad and fill up the bowl with croutons, even if you asked for no croutons.
They are extremely cheap and stingy with the salad dressing. For a whole bowl of salad dressing they give you a container with about 1/2 a teaspoon of salad dressing.
One of the things that made the visit unpleasant is hearing the workers discuss other customers disparagingly.
It made me not want to come back as I’m sure they were going to talk about me asking for extra salad dressing.
