Absolutely thrilled with the new Panera Bread in Hialeah Gardens!
This location is fantastic. It’s brand new, beautifully built, and has a convenient drive-thru.
The outdoor seating area is a lovely touch, especially with the charming bistro lights – perfect for a relaxing meal.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. The manager is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about ensuring orders are perfect. It’s clear they’re committed to providing a great experience.
This Panera is a wonderful addition to the growing community here and will definitely become a regular spot for us!

Great location! The service was quick, I placed my order thru the machine and received my food 5 minutes after. The whole process was quick and food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean, nice, spacious, and new! They also have a drive thru which is even better, not many locations have a drive thru. I will definitely be coming back.

I will never order from the location again. I order a dozen and half bagels. The package suppose to bring a tub of cream cheese not a personal size. Nothing was sliced as well. Highly disappointed.

Employees in this facility cant follow simple instructions, you ask for something and they prepare whatever they want, i stopped ordering for a long time because of this issue, and yet i gave them another chance and out of the past 3 order, every single one has been made however they want, this is only fast-food chain that hires unprofessional and careless individuals. The worst part is that food is amazing, shame that there is 0 management oversight and accountability because even the uber and dasher drivers know that is a recurrent problem. This location is a great addition to the Hialeah Gardens area. It’s conveniently located, brand new, very clean, and a lovely atmosphere overall. I’ve visited a couple of times now, the last of which was the rockiest because I received the wrong order but Marcus, the manager on shift, went above and beyond to make things right. He didn’t hesitate to issue a full refund and because the POS required I go to the restaurant to present the card used so he could process a refund, he also offered a You Pick 2 on the house! I’d definitely recommend visiting this location. The team was wonderful!

I was so excited for this new Panera near home, but unfortunately, it has been very disappointing. It looks like the menu has changed, and there are no breakfast options. The pastry section has been limited, and my favorite ones are not available anymore. This new location was built with a more modern open concept, which makes the place less cozy and cold. I was served by the assistant manager, which was very professional.

I got there at 10:20 something they didn’t answer the drive thru and when I pulled to the window the skinny tall guy with the sleeve tattoo opened and told us it was closed which is weird because it’s supposed to close at 11pm. The supervisor came out saying the hours are different now because of “spring break” I didn’t know a new Panera had so much fame that they had to close early because spring break. He kept saying I can order and when I said “how” he said “you can’t order”. Making NO Sense. I was super disappointed by how they just opened and the crew is this bad. The supervisors name was Marco. I hope they improve.

Worse Panera experience! Had to wait in line for 5 min without anyone acknowledging i was there to make my order. Finally made my order to go. Upon arriving to my office I took my first bite…. and the chicken was well undercooked, tried a few other pieces and they where undercooked as well. Threw my sandwich away, lost my 15 bucks but this Panera lost my business.
