Bagel Breakfast with Bacon, no cheese, just to find out there was a Eye Lashes Hair on my Scrambled Egg : Discusting. The Bagel was a bit dry and the Lady (older) at the cash was neither smiley, neither courtious. I did not feel welcome at all… I do not recommand this Panera used to be so fun to go there… Time changes!

What they served as a Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt was a complete joke compared to what’s shown on the screen. The display shows a neat, hearty sandwich with crisp bread, fresh avocado, and juicy filling. In reality? A sloppy mess. Everything was falling apart, the bread was dry, and the whole thing looked like it was carelessly thrown together.
This is straight-up disrespectful to customers. I expected a delicious, well-presented lunch and ended up with something that looks like leftovers on a plate. For nearly $12, this is outrageous. Never ordering this again — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Not the best Panera I’ve been to. It has a depressing feel to it. There’s usually homeless people hanging out on the patio. Fast service, self-serve kiosk was efficient and prices are low. I got the balsamic chicken greens with grains salad ($12.69). It was passable. Plenty of chicken but about half the avocado was turning brown and the thinly sliced cucumbers were wilted. The balsamic dressing was heavy on vinegar. The “Baguette” had no crunch to the crust. My outdoor table had cigarette burns all over it and I didn’t really feel safe sitting near two homeless men. They could be harmless but how does one know? No one should be homeless in our rich country. I wish the city would provide more funding for shelters and counseling.

The manager has no regard to customers coming in who need to use the restroom before they purchase. SHE TRIED TO FORCE ME TO HOLD MY RECEIPT AND COFFEE IN ORDER TO ALLEVIATE MYSELF. Extremely rude.

I just had one of the most uncomfortable and unacceptable experiences at this Panera location in Hallandale.
I stopped in briefly to use the restroom. My friend had already placed an order and was inside, so she opened the restroom door for me. Immediately, an employee aggressively approached us and began yelling, “That’s not how it works here,” in front of other guests. The tone was hostile and completely unnecessary. It felt confrontational and honestly embarrassing.
The situation escalated to the point where the employee was yelling insults, including calling us “crackheads.” That is beyond unprofessional. No customer should ever be spoken to that way.
What made it worse was calling the store afterward. Instead of addressing the concern seriously, the manager and staff were laughing and refused to provide the employee’s name. That response shows a complete lack of accountability.
The energy in that store was chaotic and aggressive. I genuinely felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will never return to this location, and I hope corporate takes situations like this seriously because this is not the level of professionalism anyone expects from Panera. Corporate Panera do better… this incident just happened

I go to Paneras all over the country and this one was pretty bad. Especially considering most of the other panera’s in this area are really nice and have very friendly staff. All the floor areas in this building were sticky or if they were carpeted they were dirty. Basic condiments we’re missing and there were a lot of staff standing around. Staff was rude and in a mood.

Always love Panera. Didn’t even order these two big salads but had to take some photos because I like the way they present them. I had the soup and salad combo on another day and it was great.

Dirty place, not friendly environment, not the usual Paneras we go.
We tried to use the restroom and Kiara told us first order which was a line and by the time we wait for others to order and place our order was too long of a wait until we get a code to use the bathroom.

Food is average. Cashier is incredibly unfriendly, aburpt and borderline rude. It’s been a year since I was last here and Roberta remains as unfriendly in 2025 as she was in 2024.
The bear claw hasn’t been reinstated on the menu so that’s disappointing.
Toilets now have a code so have improved slightly on the cleanliness scale.
