Friendly staff but little knowledge of their product. No handicap entrance. Donate leftover bread at end of day which is awesome unless you want some nom noms

Now that it’s open I can give it the 5 stars it deserves. The new layout is really nice inside. Food was delicious as always. Staff and management were both excellent. I’m wondering if the beverage area is going to get a bit jammed up being next to the registers but time will tell. Also hope they add paper towel alternatives to the air dry (I like to open the exit door handle with a paper towel especially before eating). I think I’m going to like this place though!

Food is good. Staff is friendly and works quickly to get your order ready. But, there is a deafening beeping/timer which gets ignored for at least 60 seconds. It jangles my nerves. I’m here to relax and eat healthy food, but after a long stressful day, this is not the place to unwind. Both times I’ve been here, these screeching alarms have gone off at least once (up to 3x during my last visit) and been ignored at least 60 seconds each time. I’m a new customer, but probably won’t be back, all due to the noise.

I had 25 minutes to get to an appointment and decided to go through their drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I only ordered a soup bowl and a water. I was late for my appointment!!! Slowest drive thru EVER!!! The soup bowl was good though.

Food and coffee are good. Service too. Very busy place. The only fault is this place is dirty. It was around 11am we stopped and we noticed that many of the tables wern’t clean and the floor under a many of the tables had lots of crumbs and chunks of food stuff. The back of seats are grimy with sticky hand prints and drips. They NEED a worker WHO’S ONLY job is to take care of the dining room cleanliness at least during the busiest times. This is why 3 star.

The worst dining experience I’ve had in a while. We ordered bagels to go, they took 30 minutes, and were served on a plate without cream cheese. We told the manager that we ordered for takeout and she told us the bags were under the counter and turned away.

this bakery chain makes the difference for a good coffee and a fresh croissant. the broccoli soup is very tasty and well made. I really liked the chiken cheese bread toasted on the thin and dry edge. I just thought the chicken had no taste at all, it didn’t make any difference.

While visiting in this Panera, I witnessed an example of stellar customer service. A customer accidentally threw their dentures away and Eunice, a Panera associate, helped him sift threw the garbage to locate them. I highly commend this Panera generally for it’s atmosphere and Eunice specifically for her dedication.

Sunday decided to stop here for a quick bite. Parking lot and inside wasn’t crowded and it was about one-thirty in the afternoon so figured it should be a good time to go. I ordered a half of a grilled cheese and a cup of creamy rice chicken soup. 10 minutes later I was told my order was up and picked it up. Not sure how they do it but my cheese was not the normal orange cheese it was a white cheddar. That wasn’t too bad I’ve decided but it was sort of melted and the bread was as if they just removed it from the refrigerator, not toasted at all. The soup was not creamy it was more watery with very little chicken but a lot of rice and mushrooms. I think they were mushrooms as they were wrong and really chopped up and I can’t think of anything else they could have been. As I sat there trying to enjoy my alone, this one of the servers with a vacuuming. Talk about having your meal ruined. Has these people and never been taught proper hygiene? At this point I got up cleaned off my table and left. Don’t think I’ll try them again.

We did drive thru. The first bag they gave us was the wrong order (good thing we checked before we drove away!) and we had to give them our receipt so they could prepare the correct meals. The problem was quickly resolved and we got our soup and salad. We had a chicken Caesar and French onion soup, and a Green Goddess Cobb and chicken with wild rice soup. The food was delicious and well prepared.
