I wanted to love this place but every time my families been here they either don’t literally have lettuce or something else we want on the menu. It’s slow and overpriced for the portion. The sodium and fat content is generally very high which you may not expect since it’s not fried food. I love the whole business idea however the execution just isnt there. I truly would love to have a positive experience here.

Best place ever very clean. The sippy club really is awesome. The coffee is great tease great breakfast sandwiches were great. The lady that waited on me was great very clean very Homie in my own living room chilling out way to go guys. I’m a Panera Bread guy forever. I’ll never go back to Starbucks.

I have had awesome experiences with this Panera. Im glad they are close to me here in Vero. Healthy, delicious options! Becca and Dashawn just impressed me with their excellent customer service. They understand taking good care of their guests and made my dining experience so pleasant as usual after a long days work. Kitchen 10/10 food was perfect. Hospitality 20/10

Sandwiches had next to nothing on them. Workers didnt wanna help with order they want you to use kiosk (not ideal for seniors) dining room was filthy, absolutely filthy, nothing but empty dirty tables . The beverage station was equally gross and out of cream for coffee which was old coffee…. not one of us had a decent meal out of 4 ppl and that’s pretty sad

Now that it’s open I can give it the 5 stars it deserves. The new layout is really nice inside. Food was delicious as always. Staff and management were both excellent. I’m wondering if the beverage area is going to get a bit jammed up being next to the registers but time will tell. Also hope they add paper towel alternatives to the air dry (I like to open the exit door handle with a paper towel especially before eating). I think I’m going to like this place though!

Disappointing atmosphere. Overflowing dirty dishes at low traffic hour, dirty floors at entrance and throughout. Overall pretty gross. Management needs to step it up. Inexcusable. Not at all what I expect from Panera. Nice staff tho.

I don’t know if they changed the Mac and cheese recipe but this is not how it normally looks. I also asked for them to toast the bread on my chicken salad sandwich and they apparently didn’t toast the bread but heated the chicken salad? Pretty disappointed especially with the prices being as high as they are.

First time going into a Panera to eat a meal, used to go in for just coffee or tea. Ordered the apple salad and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, half of each, and my mom had the broccoli cheddar cheese soup with the BLT, half portions as well. The soup was very good as well as the sandwiches. The apple salad wasn’t too bad, just didn’t like the arugula in it. I would go to this location again in the future. The staff at the register was very nice and polite and helpful.

I had not been to a Panera bread in many years and it used to a very small, cozy store down in Miami. This was huge. It was a surprise. But it was good. I went in for coffee and coffee was good. I also got a chocolate croissant and not what I would have liked. Coffee was ready pretty fast and the croissant was served on a plate, that was unexpected. I have yet to try other things. Service was good.
