Visited my local Panera today for lunch. Took advantage of the pick two but for some reason today it was a difficult process to get my regular sandwich as part of the meal. I did get a free chocolate pastry from my birthday which was nice. Place was clean and the food was well prepared and tasty.

Absolutely disgusting. The manager and employee that made my wife’s Green goddess cobb salad should both be fired. The Avocado was rotted and the tomatoes were bad. Much of the lettuce was bad. See the pic. Do not eat here! If this is that bad imagine what else they are serving that you cant see.

I ordered a soup and the cashier told me they had no more baguette bread. I asked for a substitute, they said they cannot. As I stood their in amazement, I told the cashier to look behind her, as there were tons of baked bread behind her.. and asked why? THE WHOLE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY IS PANERA BREAD! If you’re OK with food stuff and trash under your tables and most of the tables around your table and gooey finger prints and food stuck to the back of seats, and a pretty gross bathroom then this is a good place to eat. Coffee is great. The scones are, too. As is most of their food.
