AVOID AVOID AVOID … VERY DIRTY.!!!! (See other reviewer’s comments). I got FOOD POISONING from their breakfast sandwich with sausage. We had a bad experience with their food. Both my husband and I got sick. Spoke to the manager who said that they would refund me but I’d have to physically be in the store. I could not make it in so they said they’d send a gift card instead. They sent a coupon for one meal entry (which is clearly much less than the value of the refund). Decided to give them a second chance. When explaining the issue to the manager Jada, she laughed at me and said she will not refund me. Very unprofessional. Really, for lack of a better term their service and restaurant are trashy and ran by low class trashy staff like Jada. Calling corporate soon after.

First impression when walking in, all floors and counters were dirty. Carpet had a dirt built up that was obviously not from a day seems like it wasn’t clean for years, the self serve counter by beverages were dirty. Almost all tables were dirty. The one I sat at was the least dirtiest, table dividers were filthy and left with dust and food residues. Bathroom was stinky, dirty – the sink faucet is falling apart. It seems they can’t afford to buy a new one. I hope the kitchen isn’t in as bad condition as the rest of the restaurant (there were flies inside the restaurant). This should be an example for all the other Panera breads to not let it get this bad, it’s so neglected and sad to see something like this. I’ve never seen a Panera bread so filthy.

Sandwichs, soups and cookies are great. Has an outside eating area or a/c inside. My only regret is..it always needs cleaning. The outside trash cans are always full with dirty dishes stacked up and tables are always dirty. I know lots of people, but you have to ask someone to wipe off tables. The food is great…but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Please hire additional people to empty the trash and remove dirty dishes stacked up in the binds all the time, and wipe down tables between customers. That would be full time workers. But food is great.

The place was dirty, the service was very bad, and the bathroom was nasty. I walked into the bathroom and walked right back out. Over by the soda area, it was so dirty and nasty, the food was nasty and couldn’t eat it all. Employees just walking around, not cleaning like they didn’t care. You can see the kitchen area when you order and there where employees hanging on each other and being really loud, the kitchen was worse than the dining area dirty and nasty don’t see how they can still be open. I have eaten at Panera breads in different locations, and it was nothing like this one. Will never eat at this location again.

They use plastic bags to line the soup containers. Sure it’s common amongst restaurants to help with clean up but what’s the point of taking so many toxins and chemicals out of their food recipes if they do stuff like this? To save a couple of employees the extra 10 minutes of washing a couple pans? I saw it on a tic tok video and asked as the viera location and she said they do this as well. Stupidly I decided to order Mac and cheese instead and then it dawned on me to ask that about that too and she said it comes in a plastic pouch and they heat it up in the microwave. I cancelled that order too. I’m saddened by this. I expected better from an expensive “healthy” restaurant in a nice town.

Ordered take out. Drive over to pick it up, get back home and I’m missing a sandwich and 3 mac and cheese. This was dinner for my family. Spent the time ordering, driving to pick it up and back home, plus spent over $70 to have to figure out dinner again. I love Panera, we eat it often, first time at this location and it will be the last. Very disappointed.

Food was as good as any other location, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restrooms (clogged toilet) and the outdoor patio furniture had bird poop all over the tables and chairs so we ended up sitting inside.

We love this Panera and especially Ms. Judy! The baked goods are consistently fresh and the coffee is good too. The few times I’ve ordered lunch items, I’ve been very happy with the taste and quality of the food compared to another Panera location where I lived before. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the drink station counter appears to be clean and tidy, however there is a film or sheen on the counter that frankly looks kind of gross. I feel like they could use a better cleaning product on that particular counter top. It is only on that particular surface though, and not on the tables or anywhere else.
