I really love Panera, the customer service is always great. I’m amazed how fast they can serve you in the drive-thru window! I have a membership to the sip club so I go in for a coffee about five times a week, great perks with this club.

You can’t go through the drive thru and trust that you’ll get what you asked for. Ask for salad with extra dressings and get home to realize there’s no dressing. And the only reason you have to ask for extra is because they only fill them 1/3. Which I guess doesn’t matter since the salad was filled with wilted lettuce.

Food can be a hit or a miss. I like the new chicken and pesto dipper, but my chips were missing even though it’s checked off on the receipt. You can never be sure you’re getting what you paid for, especially with pick-up and to-go orders. Lots of reviews saying their orders were missing items. You’d think they’d pay special attention by double and triple checking after numerous bad reviews about the same issue. Double check your orders when ordering here to make sure everything is there!!!!

Couldn’t wait to order 2 Asiago Bagel Stacks Roma w/ chicken for an at-home lunch w/guest. The stacks are nothing like your picture! They each have 2 pieces of tomato & some chicken–no lettuce or cheese & squashed down–very disappointing.

Great place for a good meal
This restaurant is located in the shopping center on the corner of South Patrick Drive and Eau Gallie blvd. There is plenty of parking since it shares the lot with numerous businesses. This location has a drive through and dine-in options. You order at the counter and then pick up the food at the end of the counter when it is ready. The staff was very pleasant although it was a little hard to understand with the covid glass shield and employee mask. I have been to this location many times both in the drive-through and the dine-in parts and have always enjoyed the food. The food was prepared quickly and is offered for pick up on real plates with silverware. Once again the staff was very pleasant at the pickup counter. There are several places to eat both inside and outside the building. The inside of the restaurant is very nicely appointed. There were tables left uncleaned for the entire time I was there and the prices are a little high but overall, with the quality of food and the pleasant staff, it is well worth the visit. I would recommend this to my fellow travelers in the area.

Picked up the new French Ciabatta Dipper sandwich tonight. When I got home and opened the wrapper, I found a toasted bun with a few shreds of meat. I understand shrinkflation but this is ridiculous! I expect far better from Panera. Especially with those prices… Come on!

I ordered from the app and my food was ready and within 11 minutes from when I ordered. It was very easy with the drive-through window to pick up my food. The food was fine. It’s Panera.
