Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. Went to Panera on Tuesday 7/18 at 5 pm. There was no bread on the shelf and the menu indicated it was not available. The pastry case was also empty. Makes you wonder if they are closing this store. How can you order sandwiches without bread? I thought it was Panera BREAD. Not inclined to return. BTW, the employees made no effort to acknowledge us, not sma hello, nothing. Good luck to them.

Had a take out order in April . The salad was a full size salad .I got a pick 2 size. Called the manager to let him know of the mistake. Said he would send me a replacement coupon because I was unable to return. Took my info. It’s early June and still no coupon. I’ve tried many time to reach out to the store and corporate office wuth no response. No one wants to own up for a salad. Don’t want to make a big deal about a salad but Panera don’t seem to care about the product there putting out. I’ve had many issue with this store in the past year or so. That is sad. Panera used to be the best. Now it at the bottom of the heap to me . Would give a -10 stars on this issue. Jim

Paid $8 for a bowl of soup that was only half full. I go to Panera sometimes 3 times a week and this location is the absolute worst. It’s constantly forgetting something, or messing up an order. Last time they left onions on, the time before they forgot my chips, time before I sat in my car waiting for an insane amount of time for my order even though you pay extra for curbside pickup now. And there’s never a way to rectify the issue. They don’t send surveys, and don’t give you an easy option to let them know they messed up unless you physically go back in and complain. Stay far away from this location and use one of the others.

The restaurant was clean and anytime someone left their table after eating a worker would clean the mess left behind. I was impressed with the coordination from the entire Panera Bread team working yesterday. The food was excellent as well and the coffee just the right bitter sweet.

I came in for breakfast and the girl at the front took care of me super good. The only thing is I guess she did something wrong when making a drink and 2 other workers came in and yelled at her for it. I’m sure there was a better way of telling her rather than yelling it to the whole restaurant. Nonetheless the girl went to the back, then came back and finished taking my order like nothing happened. Wow
