One of my favorite Panera locations. It’s super close to work and always a solid spot to grab food. If you don’t want to wait, just call and place your order. Also there’s the mobile app ♀️The staff is very helpful. I do wish there was an option to customize things like toasting the bread because I’m not a fan of cold sandwiches. That said, calling in has never been an issue and the service is always smooth.

I recently stopped by the Panera Bread near Orlando International Airport for a quick and delicious meal, and the experience exceeded my expectations. My partner and I both ordered the Pick Two option. My partner chose half a frontega chicken panini paired with broccoli cheddar soup, a fountain drink, and a French baguette. I selected half of the Fuji apple chicken salad with chicken noodle soup and a French baguette on the side.
Before even getting into how enjoyable the food was, I want to highlight the outstanding customer service. The cashier, Seth, was incredibly attentive and made sure my dairy allergy was clearly noted. He ensured that the feta cheese was removed from my salad, which I truly appreciated.
My chicken noodle soup was warm, comforting, and reminded me of a home-cooked meal. The Fuji apple chicken salad was so delicious that I’m already looking forward to coming back just for that. My partner thoroughly enjoyed the broccoli cheddar soup and even mentioned wishing they had ordered extra because of how good it was. Panera’s broccoli cheddar soup has always been a staple on the menu, and it continues to be consistently delicious. The frontega chicken panini was perfectly crisp on the outside, warm on the inside, and well-balanced in flavor—so much so that my partner wished they had ordered more.
Ashlyn, who served us, was equally wonderful. Despite my dairy allergy, she reassured me that my meal was completely dairy-free and handled everything with care. She was kind, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met.
Thanks to the excellent food and the exceptional service from Seth and Ashlyn, this visit turned into one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to return.

Food was fresh. I got myself an orange scone. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Cool air. If you’re here in the central Florida area by the airport. Come and enjoy the food here

I found this place while exploring the neighborhood, and it felt like a spot locals actually use, not a tourist trap. The croissant was warm and fresh, and you can tell they take baking seriously. I regretted not buying an extra one. the seating was comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed. the line looked long but moved faster than I thought. I’d come back the next time I’m in the area, no question.

There was plastic in the onion soup! I just got this order not too long ago. I am so upset and so disgusted. And yes I am adding a photo to show proof.

This was the most disappointing meal that I’ve had ina while! First of all I was really craving French onion soup, the soup had no seasoning and a weird aftertaste, even the bread that came with it was bland. My friends sandwich that came with the onion dipping sauce was also bland and the sauce had an aftertaste. By far the worst unseasoned food that I had in a long time! The only pleasant things about this place was that I had a gift card and the young lady at the register was pleasant and gave good customer service.

I come to this location because it is convenient- but I will not be coming back. Staff has so much attitude, food takes forever, I always drive away without something I ordered, you have to scream at the drive through speaker for them to hear you. Despite letting them know about this speaker issue- they always act like it is me or whoever I am with and roll their eyes. The employees make it obvious they do not care. Why does a drive through take 20 min? I once called the GM and he offered to send me a credit via mail and he never did. So long Panera. I’ll miss Asiago Bagels forever. This is where I cut ties with my trauma bond with Panera.

First time at this location. Prices aren’t too bad. Location was clean & big. Chris was very helpful when taking our order. Nicole took over to finish our order and she was very nice. Our food was delicious & hot. We ordered a flatbread cheese pizza, 2 strawberry banana smoothies, a soda and a bacon Turkey bravo sandwich that came with a soup.

Panera what are you doing? My bagel today looked like a flat bread. These bagels keep getting smaller and smaller. You don’t offer mugs. Please bring that back. Other Paneras offer that option. It’s a nice touch when dining inside. Positive: The lady at the counter this morning was very sweet and positive. She’s a joy.

They ran out of bread for the soup and just threw in the bags chips. I just had tooth pulled and couldn’t eat the chips. I checked my bag and asked for a bread. That was the only reason I knew I didn’t get what i asked for. She then told me the bread was out, never once was I offered to upgrade to a bread bowl while ordering or after my concern. I paid $8 bucks for a soup, I would have loved the option to upgrade, but I was never informed.
