Panera Bread is such a nice spot to grab a quick bite or just relax with a coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and clean, making it perfect for hanging out, working, or catching up with friends. I grabbed a sandwich and a drink, and everything was fresh and tasty.

I also love that there are plenty of healthy options, so it’s easy to find something that fits your mood. The staff are friendly and efficient, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a reliable spot for good food and a chill vibe!

Don’t get the pomegranate hibiscus tea. It’s $4 and tastes like water. The food is great though. I always love to get the cranberry walnut chicken sandwich.

Delicious food! Freezing cold air conditioning. I might be nice if they made it a little less cold in the dining area. We don’t get all of heat from those bakery ovens out here, Brrr! Great job on all of the top notch food!

They have to send someone from Panera to supervise what they are doing with the food. They put a rotten vegetable in my Mediterranean sandwich

Bread used to be better, is noticably soggy now. They did something to the lemonade too. Still a good neutral meeting place with adequate food for lots of tastes. But probably not anybody’s favorite restaurant anymore.

2026: I decided to give this location another visit recently. While there were a few minor inconsistencies with the order—specifically, the sandwich seemed to have a smaller portion of meat than usual and bread was provided instead of the requested chips—the resolution was excellent.
The staff was very professional and handled the corrections quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, the team is consistently kind and welcoming toward my daughter. It is a very kid-friendly environment, and I truly appreciate the high level of service from the current staff.
I wish yall had honey for coffee!
Sip cups good for a quick stop for a drink when needed while out and about. Have to bring my own creamer and honey for coffee everyday. Cant stand the half and half and milk. Some locations have honey but its a 50/50 if theyll be any. I would suggest replacing the facet in the woman’s bathroom.
2024: I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality at this location. My fiancé and I placed three separate orders (under the last names), but the experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
Service Issues
When my fiancé attempted to pick up the orders, the staff member was dismissive and rude. Despite the orders sharing the same last name, she refused to release them—including his own—and demanded “proof” in a hostile tone. I eventually had to go inside myself to resolve the situation and retrieve our food.
Food Quality and Accuracy
Upon checking our items, we found several significant errors:
Chicken Bacon Ranch: The meat was served cold.
Bacon Mac & Cheese: The portion was served in a small “Value Duet” soup cup rather than the standard size, and the side was incorrect (bread instead of chips).
Incorrect Fixes: When I went back in to have the Mac & Cheese corrected, a staff member simply tossed cold bacon bits onto the original cold dish.
Unprofessional Conduct
When I requested warm bacon, I was met with a terrible attitude. I was told the bacon is kept out in the open and that I should just “stir it” to warm it up. When I noted that other locations serve this dish hot, the employee snapped and offered to microwave it rather than preparing it correctly.
Between the dismissive staff and the sub-par food, this was a highly frustrating experience. We will not be returning to this location and hope management addresses these lapses in service and food safety standards.

I had a great experience here. Conner was my server and was very upbeat and had a positive attitude really bringing up the mood and vibe of my experience.

Stopped inside to order to-go. The website for a mobile order was not working with our gift card. Was super frustrating. Went inside. Ordered our food. And waited for our order.
The cashier did the latest thing where they compliment the customer’s hair in order to get a tip. It was so disingenuous and obvious because it now happens at so many Paneras. Today was so hectic that I hadn’t even brushed my hair.
Our food came out timely but the one cashier who attempted to score a tip completely forgot our bakery item.
The agave lemonade was mixed with tea somehow. We were sip club members for a VERY long time and we do not get caffeinated beverages because the drinks were for our young children. Please change out the drinks so folks who opt not to drink caffeine do not get it on accident. My kids are 5 and 6. We purposely get the agave lemonade to avoid the “charged” drinks.
When I got in our car, I opened my daughter’s sandwich to remove the onions for her and noticed that the tuna was almost completely off of her sandwich. We had no utensils so I had to go back inside to get them. (*Correction: later we found our utensils buried in a bag underneath 4 stacked baguettes. Found them at the end of our meal.) When I was inside to get utensils customer found a cookie on a table that a customer had left. He asked if he could have it. (Pretty sure it belonged to a customer who went into the restroom.) The cashier didn’t hardly even look at the guy and said she couldn’t take it back so if he wanted it, he could have it.
We are completely done with Panera at this point. It is just a hassle to go. Will finish using the gift cards we purchased awhile back and then this is the end for us. If you would like tips, genuinely show patrons that they matter.

I always go to Panera for their egg souffles. We had a meeting there this morning and bought some of their egg souffles. It’s an omelette rather than an egg souffle. When I asked why their souffles are the way they are this morning, the person at the cashier simply replied: we run out this morning, our manager made some and that’s the way they came out. Just inacceptable as an answer. If they don’t come out right, then don’t sell it!

Food was actually awful. Mac and cheese tasted so dry and old. Bagel barely had any flavor, chocolate chip Muffie tasted like it’s been sitting out for days. Everything was just disappointing and I threw away most of it. Not to mention whoever designed this place obviously does not want students here working. There’s not a single outlet in the sitting area for people on laptops to use. I’ll never come back to this location.
