Sad to see what you have done with my favorite sandwich size.
You find it necessary to shrink your sandwich sizes down while raising your prices, it tells me what you think of me as a customer.
I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve seen how you have tried to make more money, save money which I see to be necessary, but you’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel now.
My wife and I buy your sip club, fifty and hundred dollar gift cards on a regular basis. We always have a balance gift card in our account, but with you treating us like this I may just start looking for a new place for lunch and dinner.
I don’t like not being appreciated as a customer since I consider myself to be quite loyal to your restaurant.
This is the type of actions that cause your doors to close and lock because you get greedy for little things like this that make a big difference with your customers.

decided to treat myself to some cheddar broccoli soup from Panera after not eating for two days and I need some sustenance of course. I get served liquid with absolutely no broccoli in this cheddar “broccoli” soup just cheese water essentially. Once I returned for a refund both the mangers at the time were incredibly rude and could only offer a refund. This cup of soup is meant to provide the consumer with 220-290 calories. What calories am I receiving from cheese water? Is this not failed advertising? This is not the first time, last time this happened was with their baked potato soup and it only happens whenever I get takeout.

I haven’t been to this Panera in about a year. I ordered my usual, the mac and cheese, but honestly, it was a bit lackluster this time. I decided to try something new and went with the chicken bacon ranch sandwich on focaccia! It was really good and I’d definitely order it again.
The service was decent, but the atmosphere was a bit dirty and grimy.

Ordered through DoorDash: I really enjoyed the Mexican street corn chowder soup, it was very delicious and I highly recommend it. The toasted Frontega was delicious as well however, there could have been a little more chicken on the sandwich. I felt like I was eating mostly bread and sauce. I also ordered the Greek yogurt with mixed berries parfait which was freshly made & delicious.

Got the cheddar broccoli soup from this location several times for dine in and it was fine. The one time we get the soup to go it was absolutely water with nothing in it. Upon returning to the store after driving all the way home, I was greeted with the worst service ever, the girl was just rolling her eyes and sighing while I asked for a refund, when she got her manager she was also very disrespectful and unapologetic that I had a complaint with her soup that was colored water.

The customer service in this place is complete trash. The older women in the front with very short hair is literally MISERABLE and rude every single time I come in. I have no idea how she still has a job with how rude and short she is. I placed an order to be ready at a certain time and I was 10 minutes late but it still wasn’t ready. There was maybe 3 customers in the whole place and only one other customer ahead of me who was ALSO waiting on a pick up order. There were about 5 bags of pick up orders open on the counter waiting to be sealed and put on the counter but this lady was so focused on other unnecessary things instead of helping waiting customers. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. Don’t offer a service if you can’t handle it.

I went to the Panera bread in Sanford. I always ordered baguette with avocado, eggs . Today I felt like eating just regular baguette with butter and a cup of coffee. She just took the. She had an attitude . She just threw the baguette in the bag. Not even wrapping whatsoever and I dressed that with her. She said well that’s the way they told us to do it just threw it in the bag like that. Believe you, me, Panera bread and Sanford is the worst finding out later on. She the manager ,she’s miserable. She didn’t want to be there. I guess I get it. Why did I go to that panara bread when I usually go to the one in Longwood casselberry? That’s what I get.

Had a really bad experience today. Ordered a Greek salad and soup but found meat in it! When asked, they offered a refund and that was a good thing, but these accidents are better prevented. A refund doesn’t alter the consequences of food contamination. It can’t be expected that we sort our every bite carefully before we eat, and such grave mistakes should be taken seriously, (at least in the future) to prevent health hazards including food allergies!

I had the Pick 2 Salad and Soup: Chicken mixed greens and grains was a healthy option with avocado, however, it needed more of it. I also added tomatoes and opted out of no pepperoncini and no feta (which are very good when I do have it). It had plenty of chicken and had the butternut squash soup..delicious and refreshing..very filling.
